highly recommend
I highly recommend Claus to anyone preparing for a Danish driving test.
I already had driving experience from another country and was applying to exchange my driver's license in Denmark. Although I knew how to drive, I was unfamiliar with Danish road rules, right-of-way situations, local traffic patterns, and the expectations of the driving test.
I only had two lessons with Claus, plus a warm-up drive before the test, but they made a huge difference.
What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. He taught me when to slow down and when to keep the traffic flow moving, how to handle left and right turns correctly, when to change lanes, what to watch out for during a three-point turn, how to judge speed properly, and how to navigate tricky locations such as the McDonald's roundabout in Hillerød. He also shared practical tips based on his extensive experience and explained how to deal with situations that commonly appear on local test routes.
During my driving test, many of the situations we had practiced actually came up. I remembered the routes we drove together, the places he specifically pointed out, the mistakes he warned me about, and even the McDonald's roundabout! Following his advice helped me stay calm and make the right decisions.
As a result, I passed my driving test on my first attempt and received my Danish driver's license.
Thank you, Claus, for your excellent teaching, patience, and encouragement. Your lessons gave me both the knowledge and confidence I needed to succeed. I am very grateful for your help.
