Ordered and paid €240 on April 16 2025 never received anything and no answers to my emails. It’s a scam

I placed the order on 12/1/2024, with an expected delivery date of 45 days. But it's been almost 5 months, and still nothing.
I contacted them through the website, but I haven't received any response. I sent emails, but I haven't received any response either.
I'm led to believe that this is just a scam.

This was a birthday gift for my wife. Everything was just perfect: the designing process, payment, delivery time... All good. And the end product looks amazing.

It has been a really enjoyable experience designing our 2 frames, both located in the city of Madrid in just a few minutes (very intuitive). It is also remarkable Demurin support via chat. I would highlight the frame quality and its handmade manufacturing process. I recommend generating a map that includes green and water to combine different colors in the composition.

I ordered a map from Demurin Studio and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the product is extremely high: very detailed, exactly the way I thought it would look like. The web page is easy to navigate and practical when it comes to create the map. I’m pretty sure I’ll order some more wall arts in the future!

The team are really helpful, answered lots a questions and were able to deal with specific requests for adjustments. And the product looks really good. That's the second one we have now.

We are travelling from Poland to Edinburgh to get married in February and we wanted something special as a lasting memory. We ordered a map with the location of our wedding and the date underneath. We made a small mistake in our order but they responded and rectified it very promptly. We received the map very quickly and we are absolutely delighted with it. We have hung it in pride of place in our apartment. Thank you.
