I will never purchase from this company…

I will never purchase from this company again! I guess people only leave a review if their experience is very good or awful, in my case if I could leave zero stars I would!
I placed 2 seperate orders on the same day - 1 was never delivered, 1 was missing the pattern, no response to my emails, unhelpful customer services, I could go on....
If you intend to buy please ensure you read all the small print, dont expect nice kits, you will disappointed as its generally thrown in a plastic bag.
Dont waste your money!

I’m sure they won’t publish this

I’m sure they won’t publish this. I was sent the incorrect wool. Nobody will help me. After multiple emails (and no reply) I just want my money back, this company is a disgrace.

Don't Knit pick with me!

I was very impressed with the quality of the wool and also the speed of the delivery. The parcel was well wrapped and although I knew what the content was, it was a bit like opening a Birthday present. I will be ordering again and I think you should as well. Regards
