don’t buy, comes up with excuses about shipping problems but are just scammers. ordered back in february and still haven’t received anything, they stopped replying to emails and when they do, it’s nothing helpful.

Horrible customer service it is all a scam and the person in charge of answering messages is unprofessional and always cussing. So unprofessional that the owner is always posting about wanting to end his life he should shut down and stop selling if he is not going to be full filing orders. He is not trustworthy and does not know how to run his business

This brand sucks, these guys ripped off many people, waiting for their orders 5 months and more. When u complaint back, they will most likely block you.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMED.

I ordered off this site about three months ago and got no shipping update. I commented on their tik tok page a couple of times and ended up getting blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I wish I would have read the reviews first :(

The brand owner is a complete imbecil. I multiple times told him i didn’t get ANY tracking, or mails, he ended up blocking me. The owner is an absolute joke, and struggles with severe mental health issues, which reflect in his work ethics. The owner has shortly addressed his mental health on his account, but never to a point where people are aware. Because of his unreliable mental state, he is NOT to be trusted, and is severely under investigation 24/7 not only for fraud, but also for other personal problems. Please NEVER buy anything from this company, as he WILL 100% scam if he can. Especially if the order is outside of the us. If you are reading this, Never buy from Demonites, it will only be an horrible experience.

I ordered a hoodie 21/01/23 and have still not recieved anything, heard anything, or recieved an answer to any of my emails or instagram DMs etc. The brand is a scam, do not buy.

He stole my money. 215 Euros. He knew I didn't get my stuff, yet he didn't care. We chatted through everything but he just said "its ur problem". Don't buy please.

I honestly wouldn’t give one stars the hoodies are nice this is my little brother second time ordering first time no issues this time totally different story still have yet to receive the hoodie which was ordered in March now it’s the end of July and no one replies to emails or DMs extremely unprofessional now my little brother is out of 75.00

Ordered from them on April 30th, 2023 with express shipping. Still have not received it's now the 26th of June 2023. I have sent 4 emails to 2 different email addresses from their page. I have dm´d 5 of his accounts more than 2 times still no answer. He has now blocked my main account from their main account without answering any of my questions regarding the hoodie. My boyfriend has ordered from them two times he had to wait 3 months, both times but the hoodie was great which is why we ordered again. I really like or liked the brand. We paid extra for express shipping but have been waiting 3 months and were promised 2 weeks. Do not recommend it.

One item from my order was missing. Contacted their support account, mail, main account; no response. Kept on sending messages, and wouldn't you know, this man read my messages, but wouldn't respond to them. I, for good reason, grew more and more dissatisfied, and pushed on with messages asking why he wouldn't respond, and that I would have to contact my bank. He ended up telling me to take my own life. Safe to say I will NOT order from here again. Quality of received items was also pretty bad for the price, and the color was nothing like the images on the website.

Stole 300$ from me, tried to get it back for 5 months, endes up blocking me in the end, bad quality on the products too. Wont be buying from small businesses again because of these guys👍 edit: I know about the quality because i bought from them last year, and they used 4 months to get my product to me, when it arrived, it was worse than h&m.

this brand got me f*cked up. ordered a hoodie and beanie back in February. They have never sent my package. and still havent got my money back. very unproffesional company. They also dont react on emails and Instagram DM's.

ordered 2 brown sweatshirts, never get them. sent an email to support, with no answer from them. Then i texted their ig and they blockded me.

I ordered a hoodie 4 february 2022 still haven't received it 19 january 2023. Its a scam.

Ordered my hoodie back in July 2021, and today the 10. March 2022 still hasn’t received any information of the hoodie. Also no one responds to customer support.
