Después de poner esta valoración , me llamo la encargada , muy simpática y profesional , para decir que sentían lo ocurrido , le comenté la situación y me han hecho un reembolso . Me han dicho que hablarán con el repartidor ya que es nuevo y no sabían nada de lo que sucedido . Mucho mejor de lo que me hubiese imaginado y con un trato muy agradable de la encargada , después de todo si recomendaría esta empresa
