AVOID!!! Ordered expensive flowers that were never delivered. They told me they had tried to deliver, refused to send me a pic of the display to prove they were even real. Having to claim refund via my bank.

I ordered a bouquet for 85 euros for an important occasion and what was delivered was nothing close to what I have ordered. Different flowers, different colors, different wrapping papers. After contacting cs they admitted their florist changed the flowers without alerting them, and me, but refused to give me a refund. Now I have to waste time with the bank to do that. Very disappointment especially for a service called “luxury”, nothing says less lux that not being able to act accountable when a mistake is made. The manager offered me 30 euros to spend on their site (like if I would ever again) only. Terrible service and CS.
