Shady practices

I second the sentiment of the first reviewer. I ordered them world tour jacket on the 28th of a November.

I never received a tracking number or anything of the sort. Here we are on the 25th of December and I’m still waiting for my jacket. To be clear, it’s been a month since I ordered this product.

Plus, there is no real response or resolution for when you reach out to them. I vote to have them shut down, shade is shady.

Warning to potential customers

I am writing this review to warn others about the deceptive and misleading practices of DeluxeHills.com. Their website explicitly advertises shipping within 3–5 business days, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase. However, after payment was processed, there was complete silence from the company—no tracking, no communication, and no response to inquiries. Only after escalating the issue did I receive a message claiming the true shipping and processing time was 4–8 weeks.

This is blatant false advertising and a classic bait-and-switch tactic. A company cannot legally promote one set of delivery terms to induce purchases and then change those terms after taking payment.

Even more concerning, DeluxeHills.com became entirely non-responsive during the stated 3–5 day period. Yet, the moment a payment dispute was initiated, I suddenly received multiple emails in one day—emails that contradicted their earlier statements. When confronted with their own written communication, they denied ever sending it, attempting to manipulate the record and trap the customer into withdrawal of the dispute.

This conduct is unethical, potentially fraudulent, and warrants investigation by consumer protection authorities. Their pattern of ignoring customers until a dispute arises, then flooding inboxes with misleading responses, reflects bad faith and an intent to deceive.

In my opinion, DeluxeHills.com operates more like a scam entity than a legitimate business. They mislead consumers, evade accountability, and attempt to cover their tracks with false statements. Companies engaging in such deceptive practices should be held legally accountable and prosecuted for consumer fraud and false advertising.

Buyers beware — this is not a trustworthy company. Save yourself the time, frustration, and financial loss.
