I was told about this site through a friend and so glad that I didn’t read the reviews! I can honestly say that I cannot fault the service, I’ve ordered on three separate occasions and the fitting, additional embellishments, service and delivery has been a 100%.

I actually don’t want to do the bad reviews but if you keep the customer money and then you not reply the mails,msgs and phone calls we have to write down .I kept my patience since last year June…I order my suit and still not delivered yet in march 2023.if you can’t deliver same stuff at least refund or in same price give customers options to buy something different.you can do business in this world but at the end what you treat people have to answer there….

Absolute disgrace of a women. She knows very well how she is scamming customers. She won't get away court will take legal action. The bank are filling a case on her as she took the money and never delivered the item all the proof is against her and many customers money she stole.

Absolutely appauling customer service.. a family friend ordered an outfit over 8 weeks ago.. been no sign of the outfit and no refund given.. on contacting my friend got blocked on all social media from the owner of this company.. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.. BOYCOTT...

Made payment for a suit. Was advised tracking number will be provided. Numerous times I have contacted and called and no response yet they have received payment.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order in March and have not recieved it yet its been 5 months. No communication once the order was placed and after lots of chasing i get a reply saying she lost her phone memory i have had the same sob story 3 times and ignored again for another whole month no reply to any of my messages.

This company has completely exceeded my expectations for an online retail business. The replies were informative and the communication was excellent and respectful. Extremely satisfied with the clothes- came quickly and was of amazing quality. Had a very pleasant experience and will be shopping here again

Wow!!! I ordered three suits for a wedding and whilst ordering through Instagram the staff were really nice to me. The suits arrived on time and were stitched to perfection and was of good quality. I would definitely be coming back again for more suits and I definitely recommend getting your suits through deluxe collections.

The worst fraudulent company that I don’t think exist. I ordered an outfit 8 weeks ago. It’s impossible to get in contact with them. They do not answer emails or IG messenger but seem to update their posts regularly. Always use PayPal and now I have a case to get a refund but as they don’t exist they are not responding to PayPal.
