Bestilte en gave til svigerdatteren. Kunne ikke forstå jeg ikke kunne spore den. Sendte en mail. Blev ringet op af Annika, som ville undersøge og ringe tilbage. Blev ringet op dagen efter, at DAO har sendt pakken til Jylland. Annika var utrolig ked af det. Annika gjorde hvad hun kunne og pakken nåede frem inden jul. Hel fantastisk service. Det er ikke sidste gang jeg handler der.. tusinde tak Annika
