Ordered from them 4 times almost every time i had problems with delivery. My package is 4 days since it s on the way, so far not delivered. UPS changed the delivery date at 6pm after waiting home all day for the package, then i contacted DELUMANI and they told me they can't control the delivery and and that the products are fresh up to 5 days with the ice pack that s inside wich is hard to beleive that meat products are fresh after 5 days on the road. Then they told me the package is ready to pick up at the UPS collection point. After i drove there , the package wasn't in fact there yet so i drove back home with no package. Until today the 23th of april the package is not arrived. Ordered on the 16th of april.
Last time i will order from here as they don't care for nothing else but profits.

Quick shipping and right order, but one item in particular is very close to the expiration date and I have ordered 15 pieces of that item and all of them are close to expiring.

No communication ! Very bad site ! Very bad experience !
Order:#38349 After you make the order and pay, you receive a message from them in which they tell you that they can;t send it and will give you back the money in 2 weeks ! Romanian products, with the company registered in Deutschland.................and the headquarter in Athens...............perfect cover !
Why they don't let you make an order in an area they can't cover it? Because they only want to make the order and to pay the amount ! After you make the order...........they will tell you that can't ship it and you have to ......wait your money! They don't tell you, because are only words for stupid people like me, who dare to make an order to Delumani. I don't care about the followers. I care only in my experience with them ! I don't trust in words and promises. I am trusting only in facts. And these tell me that Delumani is not what they want to be !
I don't trust them and don't trust their words !
Update: they returned the money, but the problem remain: why the site don't block the order in an area they can't cover? Is not about Facebook or reviews, is about respect for the clients! And lack of communication ! Only under pressure they answer at your questions! Otherwise, is only....silence ! When this review appeared, they react, but when I asked for details of the back-payment, they didn't told nothing. Is not a mode to trate your clients ! It's a mode in which your clients run !

Ne pare rău pentru experiența avută și înțelegem frustrarea dumneavoastră. O comandă anulată după plată și o comunicare percepută ca insuficientă nu reprezintă experiența pe care dorim să o oferim în cadrul magazinului românesc online DELUMANI.
Dorim să clarificăm că există situații logistice în care anumite zone nu pot fi acoperite temporar de firma de curierat pentru livrare rapidă la domiciliu, iar în astfel de cazuri comenzile nu pot fi expediate. Rambursarea sumei este procedura standard, iar termenul poate depinde și de procesatorul de plăți sau de bancă, nu doar de noi.
Înțelegem însă perfect întrebarea dumneavoastră: de ce sistemul nu blochează automat comenzile din zone neacoperite. Este un punct valid și lucrăm constant la îmbunătățirea platformei pentru a evita astfel de situații pe viitor.
Regretăm percepția legată de lipsa de comunicare. Nu reacționăm doar la recenzii, însă uneori timpul de răspuns poate fi influențat de volumul solicitărilor. Faptul că suma a fost returnată confirmă că nu a existat nicio intenție de a reține banii.
Feedbackul dumneavoastră este important și ne ajută să îmbunătățim atât procesul de comandă, cât și comunicarea. Ne dorim ca DELUMANI să însemne produse românești tradiționale, mezeluri românești de calitate și seriozitate, nu neîncredere sau nemulțumire.
The first and the last time
Sadly, the first and the last time I order from them. Bad communication, slow response, lack of willingness to solve problems, slow transport including UPS did the typical “you weren’t home” (of course I was).
On the plus size, the order I gave came with all the products. - that is also the only reason I give 2 stars.

We are sad you decided this was your first and last order. You wrote us on 1st of April and we have answered you very quick the next day on the 2nd of April. We are always willing to solve any problems, but you asked us to cancel an order which was already ready to be sent. Unfortunatelly we can not cancel this kind of orders because it is too late in the process.
About UPS not delivering at home, please take this with them, like this in the future, even if the parcel is not from DELUMANI, you will not have this kind of problems and they will deliver it at home as ordered.
We thank you for the review anyway, even if the purpose of the review system is to reflect the quality of products and the delivery speed upon whiched we hope you can comment in the future reviews.

În magazinul românesc online DELUMANI afișăm gramajul fiecărui produs în descriere, însă înțelegem că, uneori, cantitatea poate părea mai mică decât anticipat, mai ales în cazul unor produse românești tradiționale sau mezeluri românești de calitate ambalate standard de producător.
Dacă există diferențe față de gramajul menționat, vă rugăm să ne contactați prin email sau prin pagina de contact a magazinului online DELUMANI, pentru a verifica situația.

Everything was great
Everything was great. I don’t like the part with signature if i am not home and then i must go to pick up the order. Is good and safe but i spend to much time only to pick up. All the rest is good and the products are very carefully in the box. And the order very fast deliver. Thank you
