Terrible customer service I was told on 27/2 my order had been sent, after several requests for a valid tracking number I still haven't received one 24/3.Absolute scam of a company.Told me on 18/3 there was a delay with the shipping company however there's no movement on the details until 19/3.They hadn't even sent my order

I ordered 3 times. The first order said 7-21 business days I got it in 11 days, second one said 15-35 business days and I got it in 31 days, and the third one said 7-21 business days now it’s on the way so it probably takes less than 15 days tho. I didn’t expected to get it fast I read all reviews and most said late delivery but I’m okay with it I expected 100% authentic and it’s right. I love it

The product came as described the only thing you have to wait a long period of time for your order. Beside that I have no problem with ordering from this company whatsoever.

Spent over €200 euro for so called special edition Asics NYC Kicky Yang model. Shoes were clearly fake! I went to offical asics dealer and they could tell by many details. Beginning with wrong shoebox.
This company is a dropshipper with fake shoes. When you ask for money back OR free return they tell you, you have to send the shoes to some weird address and name (not even a company name) in China.
I hope to prevent others for being scammed like me!

DELITECH SELLS FAKE SHOES. I ordered the Nike Phantom Stranger Things shoes from them in December 2025. The site labels their products as "authentic" which they are not. It took so long (weeks) for them to ship my order that I panicked, fearing they would not arrive on time, and ordered the same shoes from StockX. I received both pairs of shoes on the same day and the differences in quality were astounding. I am new to this world and bought these shoes for my son. The DELITECH shoes did not have the pins that come with the authentic shoes, the weathering was not done correctly, color was off and the return address was "Andrew Andrews" in NYC. I began correspondence with DELITECH via their website messaging system and submitted all the evidence that the shoes I paid $230 were worthless. They refused to give me a refund unless I shipped them back. Keep in mind that in the US it is illegal to ship counterfeit goods. Also, in order to return them they wanted me to download an app, ship the shoes to MAINLAND CHINA, pay $60 and put my credit card info i to this sketchy shipping app. So now I just have these shoes in the box in my closet and my son, thankfully, is wearing the actual real pair. Also, I found out that DELITECH is not a certified Nike seller so there's that too. Do not buy from this company they are scamming people from China!! Yuck

AVOID purchasing from Deltitech!!!

I strongly advise against buying from the Deltitech website. I ordered a pair of Nike JA3 shoes, but upon discovering the company is based in Israel and feeling that delivery would take ages I attempted to cancel the order on the third day after placement. Nearly a week later, they responded that cancellations are only possible within two days, claiming the order had already shipped with a tracking number provided.
The shipping number arrived another week later, and the package finally reached me after 45 days. To my dismay, the box contained FAKE shoes.
I will inform how Deltitech handles the
claim regarding fake merchandise.

Ordered 2 items, they both came within allotted time, which was prior to Christmas. Both very high quality.

Extremely poor customer service. Support requests routinely went unanswered for days, and communication was limited to WhatsApp only. My order remained marked as “processing” for weeks while the tracking simultaneously showed it had shipped. When I followed up, I was asked to provide proof of non-delivery despite the seller having access to the same tracking information.
The seller refused to file a postal claim, forcing me to do so myself. Although the company stated a replacement would be sent, no confirmation or follow-up was ever provided. I was also pressured to remove my initial negative review.
When the order was finally received, the shoes were confirmed to be counterfeit after professional authentication. The company is now disputing the charge with my credit card provider, claiming delivery alone is sufficient regardless of authenticity, requiring me to go through an additional proof process.
I have filed a formal cybercrime and fraud report with the Canadian Government for investigation. Based on my experience and the experiences of other recent customers, this business is unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller to avoid wasted time, money, and frustration. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! THIS IS HELP YOU FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH!!!!!!!

While the wait was quite long, and the lack of any real customer service, the item I ordered did eventually arrive as described.

You are playing a game of chance ordering from this company. They sent me a fake New Balance with off sizing and they purposely make the return process unbearable. They also have a slow response rate and no way to leave reviews on the website. Don't trust the slightly cheaper prices and stick to the better websites.

Fantastic vendor that carries many hard to find models.

This is my third time ordering shoes from this company and I’m always satisfied with my order. The shoes is always in great condition. The shipping is fast. The boxes is in a good condition and my son loves everything.

This review is negative stars for the most frustrating online experience I have ever had. I ordered shoes from this company and they were too large. I contacted them at least 8 times and had no response. I posted a Trustpilot review and suddenly they contacted me with instructions on how to fill out forms (took thirty minutes) and pack for return. I had to pay $47.00 US dollars to get the label! Then they instructed me to take it to UPS for shipping. UPS rejected it saying the label was not correct and not generated by any company they knew. Now I have sent that information to Deltitech and of course have had no response. I want my entire amount plus the $47 returned asap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I never received a refund from this company so I appealed to my credit card company and they refunded cost of shoes but not the $47 that I had to pay for the return.

They helped me cancel my order and get a refund very efficiently.
