Brilliant customer service and above and beyond.
I ordered the Warthog Slew modification for my HOTAS setup. I've yet to install it, but the customer services is absolutely brilliant. I had several emails going back and forth regarding changing my address details, special shipping (changing to DHL from standard) and follow-up email about package content.
The slew itself has a nice little noticeable click (sound and feel) which is a huge upgrade from the Thrustmaster slew.
All of it is brilliant and absolutely trustworthy.
