Working with Delta Roam customer service was so easy. Had to return a second coat I purchased due to uncertainty on sizing and they were so easy to work with. Refund happened in days.

This is the best coat for walking in chilly freezing temperatures. It provides warmth and walking ease with double zippers and plenty of pockets! I couldn’t be more in love…

Needed to return the robe. Return policy is very cumbersome and I cannot get a response for a replacement order. Very unhappy.

Love my new jacket! I’ve been looking for a while and this one checks all the boxes for me! Warm, classic, hooded, roomy! Oh and extra interior pockets are a bonus!

Their sizing chart in my opinion was bang on…due to the market being flooded with these style of coats..I found the Delta Roam design more suited to me..I’m 5’10” size wise 14/16 depending on style and quality. I ordered the medium and the fit is great..so warm and in my case the hood sits just right(not falling over your eyes)so all in all I personally made the right choice👍

second coat ordered , one for me 1 year ago as long coat ( had a small but could have ordered XS ) , short coat for my husband for beach walking days, very quick service arrived the next day!
the only negative I have is that the shorter coat could have been slightly longer in the body as a little short at the back for my husband

The coat itself is thoroughly excellent - well made and everything the description promised. When I found I had ordered a size too large, the return process was straight forward and the company actually took an interest in making sure the new coat was delivered promptly. I really love the warmth over all it’s a great purchase . I only gave it 3 stars because the zipper is difficult to fasten for the price of the coat . Not sure it’s defective or the design .

Love the coat! I ordered two different sizes of the delta roam robe. I am 5’4 130 lbs and went with the xs. It is still pretty oversized but I think that’s the style of it. It’s super warm even on the coldest days in Minnesota. I have gotten so many compliments and even have friends who have ordered it after seeing and a friend bought the second one I ordered so I didn’t have to return it :)

I bought it for my daughter and she has gotten so many compliments and inquiries about it! I’m pretty sure she has influenced tons of people in Connecticut to purchase one! She lives in it at the rink and around town. Lives all the pockets 😍
