good value

I got new contract price frozen for an other years fixed contract thank you very much. And again new contract price for December 2025 till December 2027

Ok but are very active in pursuing a contract.

We had a poor experience when we first started using this company and were determined not to renew with them again, even if it cost us more.

When renewal time came, their prices weren’t very competitive, so we decided to go with another company. However, I then received numerous calls encouraging me to renew, and suddenly they were able to offer much better rates. We reluctantly agreed to stay because the savings were significant.

During the renewal process, I felt pressured to leave a positive Google and Trustpilot review, which didn’t sit right with me — and that’s why I’m writing this honest one instead.

In summary, they can be quite aggressive in pursuing renewals and don’t always offer their best prices upfront. In the past, I’ve also struggled to communicate clearly with some call center representatives.

The choice is yours, but based on my experience, I’d advise comparing prices carefully and being prepared for persistent sales follow-ups.
