Fraud, fraud, rude treatment.

Customer service is rude and doesn't take customers seriously. The products don't work and instead of refunding the money they try to convince you to pay again for stuff what you dont even need. Very long amd rude conversation. It looks like there is a child behind screen. Ultimately, I received a message that it was my fault that the products didn'twork . Any questions, only judgment and stupid ideas like TRY TO FIX IT WITH YOUTOBE. I paid for new stuff, and now I have not working things and no money. I am not first person. Hope you will people think twice before you choose this webshop.
