To Whom it May concern,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred today during the 1:00 PM Monster Bingo session at your Rutherford Road location.
I attended with my 83-year-old family friend, for whom I had purchased tickets and cards as an Easter gift. We were seated at Table 4, Seats 57 and 58.
During Game 4 of Double Action, my friend clearly called “Bingo” on B6. She immediately shouted “Bingo!” and kept her hand raised the entire time. From our perspective, she was the first person to call it. However, it was later indicated that there was another winner as well.
While the caller asked if there were any other Bingos, multiple people in our area were loudly responding “Yes!” and attempting to get the caller’s attention. Unfortunately, this was ignored, and the game was closed without acknowledging her claim. Given that this was a $2,000 prize, it should have been split between both winners.
There were no runners near our table at the time, which made it impossible to have her card verified promptly. We initially assumed she had been acknowledged, but when her winnings did not appear on the screen, I called over a runner. I was told that a manager named Paul would come speak with us.
Despite waiting through the next game, no one came. During intermission, we had to locate Paul ourselves. He informed us that he had reviewed the camera footage and stated that my friend did not call “Bingo” in time. I respectfully disagreed and explained that she was, in fact, the first to call it. While we were speaking with him, multiple patrons from our area approached and confirmed that they had heard her call Bingo first. Despite this, Paul did not appear willing to consider their input.
He advised that he would look into the matter further and follow up with us. However, no follow-up occurred. Near the end of the session, I went to his office to seek an update, at which point he stated there was nothing he could do. When I asked for his manager’s contact information, he provided the name “Andy” but refused to share any contact details. He instead advised me to email OLG if I disagreed with the decision.
I find this entire situation extremely disappointing. I do not feel that the matter was properly investigated or handled with the level of care it deserved—particularly given the number of witnesses supporting my friend’s claim. Additionally, the lack of floor staff during a busy Double Action game contributed to the issue, as there were no runners available to assist at the time.
My friend is a regular attendee at this location every Saturday evening, and this experience has been very upsetting for her. I believe that more should have been done by management to address the situation fairly and respectfully. At the very least, I would have expected proactive communication and a more thorough review of the incident.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed again, including a proper assessment of the footage and witness accounts, and that appropriate action be taken to address the situation.

The new platform is absolutely terrible!!! When you open a game, you may get a normal looking screen or a very tiny looking screen. If it’s in tiny mode, you will not see the amounts of what you’re betting, what your balance is or what you’re winning. Constantly have to go in and out and hope you catch a normal screen.
The chat icon is a purple box at the bottom of your screen that you cannot close. It covers up information on the screen that you would like to see when you are actually betting, winning winning or how much your balance is. I was advised to use the box on the top right of the screen with the four arrows to enlarge the screen. I had already tried that, and it does not WORK!!
Also, the site is full of slingo games, which I absolutely can’t stand. The bingo cards and games don’t make sense anymore. Also, I have to constantly revalidate my location or I get knocked out and have to sign back in again when in fact, I have not even moved out of my . Your new platform gets a HUGE THUMBS DOWN from me!!! 👎👎

I've yet to have a very pleasurable experience using Delta Bingo online portal!
Since this recent update, it's worse than what it was before! I'm still on unceremoniously dumped from a game during play automatically logged out all at the same time. This I find to be unacceptable. There has got to be an ombudsman, possibly OLG, where someone can complain to hold them to account. When I initially signed up for it, I had to threaten them to refund my money and terminate me from their platform since my login access would not work.
Two strikes ❌️❌️, one more ❌️, and I will be done with Delta Bingo online, and have my profile removed from their platform. OLG Online has issues but they have better customer service this this platform. Delta Bingo Online is worse!

Let me tell you — this site might look trusted, but it’s been nothing but headaches for me.
My very first deposit on October 31st ($25) got lost. It didn’t load into the system even though the payment was accepted. I’ve been having to contact support every few days and open tickets just to find out where my deposit went. They claimed they had to “find it” and manually cancel it, but it’s been almost a week and a half now, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Honestly, it seems like it may have gone into someone else’s account.
On top of that, the games constantly freeze and ask you to revalidate, so you’re always restarting. Two of the games have been “stuck in play” for over two weeks and won’t even open.
The site is full of glitches and bugs — and after losing my money, I don’t even want to play anymore. Save yourself the stress and steer clear of this headache of a game.

The isnt a review about how I won nothing and am mad about it. Its the opposite. Me and my buddy won BIG on this site, like 2800 big on the bonus funds. Turns out, you can one withdraw 100 from a 2k wager. The fact they make you play for THAT long only to take out only 100 from what could've been 800 is ridiculous. My account is being closed in a heartbeat.
