I received excellent customer service from Steve Ross. I had a problem applying for a PPP loan for my 2nd business that used data input from my 1st business. Steve was patient, efficient and took the necessary time to fix my problem. And Steve was happy to help. Rarely have I found such great service from a customer service representative.

Pleasure working with Steve and Delta Capital. Process was efficient and transparent. I would definitely recommend them.

I was just offered $30K with a payback over 110 days for a total of $44K. The representative called himself Simon and stated in no uncertain terms that this was a great deal and unlike AMEX, SBA, or other loan offers, if I couldn't repay, I wouldn't destroy my credit. Problem is, we have a 2% offer from SBA compared to Delta Capital Group's 50% offer. Disappointing that this is how they hope to "build relationships." This is how you destroy businesses.

This is by far the most efficient and professional lender in this category that we have encountered. We were in need of a short term loan, they were helpful in providing options and swiftly processing our application. Within 3 hours we were funded. Aggressive email spamming and will not stop when asked.

Also, the messages are just really poorly worded and rude. It showcases how full of himself the owner is to think people would respond to verbaige like that.

Unsolicited emails sent, never heard of this cowboys before, very aggressive, reported to our mail provider and added in the ban list. Scammers!!! How did you get our contact details? Utter rubbish!!!

Fake positive reviews left by "happy customers". What a joke! The year is 2021 not somewhere in the early 90s when you can fool somebody. Clearly fake reviews!

I don't appreciate over-aggressive tactics. I told them twice over the past 4 years that I'm not in need of their services, not interested, yet they continue. So, I decided to simply ignore their emails, and this is what I'm getting now (copy / paste of my email thread):

You might think from his emails that I should've simply responded to him to end the solicitation, or removed myself (unsubscribed) from the mailing lists. I have. At least twice before.

This doesn't mean that their product isn't good or valid, it just means be weary of the type of people you'll be dealing with here.

Marc Stevens of Delta Capital Group will not stop emailing me despite multiple requests to be removed from their marketing list.

I told them to stop calling me and they still calling me every day..........

We needed to get for a project same day.

Kyle and Greg Were able to secure above $400,000.00 in under 4 hours.

We had to pay a little bit on the higher end of the spectrum but was amazing to be able to get something taken care of that speedy

I was mislead by them on multiple occasions and found their rates extremely high. Would not recommend them
