Disappointed

Disappointed, first of there is a picture of 3 clips, but you only receive one clip, and it doesn’t state size, then you receive a really big one, to long for a child's head, colors has issues, doesn’t always show colors, sun, or no sun. Be warned, you get one clip, misleading, will not buy again from this company.

If I could give Del Sol NO stars I would

If I could give Del Sol NO stars, I would. Their website WOW Guarantee states: "Satisfaction. Quality. Longevity. We promise those three things with our WOW! Guarantee, guaranteeing our products will change colors in the sun for life."
I liked the earrings I received as a gift years ago, but they stopped changing color. This is how my attempts to get a replacement went. I finally gave up.

Many years ago my sister and now deceased brother-in-law gave me a pair of Del Sol color changing earrings as a gift.
The earrings used to change color, but they eventually stopped changing color.
I recently visited my sister and had the earrings with me. I mentioned to her that they stopped changing color years ago. We compared our earrings, putting them both in the sun at the same time. Her earrings still changed color. Mine did not. She said there was a warranty which said if the color change didn't work, you could get a replacement. I never had a receipt (it was a gift) and she bought it so long ago, she doesn't have the receipt and could not remember how much they cost.
I checked the delsol.com website. Their WOW guarantee says: "If your item stops changing color in sunlight, let us know so we can get you a replacement."
I called in late January, 2022. Kyle told me to email pictures and other info to them, which I did on 1/25/22.
On 2/3/22 I received an email from Kaitlin stating she could not see the attachments and could I resend them, which I did that same day.
On 2/7/22 I received an email confirming that Kaitlin could see the pictures, but those earrings were no longer available. Kaitlin suggested I look on the website for replacements.
On 2/8/22 I replied that there were very few earring choices on their website. The choices were for young girls, not a 70+ year old woman. I asked if I could get a bracelet or necklace instead. The price differences between the earrings, bracelets, and necklaces were minimal.
On 2/18/22 I received an email from Kaitlin telling me that she could check with her manager and see if they are able to do that.
On 3/10/22 I received an email from Kaitlin asking me if I remember how much I paid for the earrings. Kaitlain's email had my original 1/25/22 email way at the bottom of her email. In my 1/25 email I stated "the earrings were a gift from my sister and my now deceased brother-in-law."

On 3/22/22 I sent a reply that I did not pay for these earrings because they were a gift, and that my sister cant' recall what she paid 15-20 years ago, and that any price would only be a guess. I told her that it has now been 8 weeks of emails, pictures and questions being sent back and forth for a replacement. I also said I didn't want to cause Del Sol to go out of business by having to replace a pair of earrings which, according to their webpage, "has a lifetime guarantee on its color change."
Judging by the photo of their headquarters building on Google Maps, they don't look strapped for cash and I doubt replacing earrings with a different product would bankrupt Del Sol. At this point, it's not worth it to pursue. I told Kaitlin to forget the whole thing. It's not worth it anymore.

My advice is DO NOT BUY from Del Sol because you probably will not get a replacement if/when the colors stop changing.
