Absolutely the worst service EVER

Absolutely the worst service EVER. Requesting a pick up doesn't seem to do anything even if one emails several times. Don't even bother calling, you will never get anyone. I have stopped using them along with 16 other offices we work with.
I would give a minus rating if available.

Do Not Use Deliver It Courier for Shipping

I was expecting a package from iHerb to be delivered to Southern California this month, but it did not arrive. iHerb uses Deliver It courier service, and I contacted Deliver It by opening a ticket and providing additional delivery instructions as requested. They assured me that my package would be delivered. Unfortunately, I never received it and had to request a refund from iHerb. While I did receive the refund, the courier service never acknowledged that my package hadn't been delivered and closed the ticket without resolution.

I hope iHerb will consider changing couriers for deliveries to Southern California or that Deliver It will improve their service by providing better training for couriers and implementing enhanced tracking systems. This experience was very disappointing.

lied about delivery attempts impossible…

lied about delivery attempts impossible to contact them claimed they had wrong address the only address they had was from Ali express and I can see it was correct on there web site must be a scam I won't use Ali Express again if this is who they use for delivery.

Ordered from Sephora while in North Las…

Ordered from Sephora while in North Las Vegas. Errors occur. We listed a typo in the address. Package could not be delivered to correct address. But second error was the Deliver-it driver could not find correct number. So driver took photos of two houses with the noted address not existing. THEN driver noted that delivery was “Attempted” BUT also noted on delivery document that the package was left at front door of incorrect address. (We walked to that address and spoke with people who accused us of saying they stole the package). NEXT ERROR was driver not phoning the contact number to clarify delivery address. When we bought from Sephora they wanted a contact phone number, why didn’t they use the number? NEXT PROBLEM was that it took two days to communicate in a meaningful exchange on what/where package was or when it would be delivered. DELIVER-It did not have a usable phone number to speak with a live customer service agent. Everything needed to be done by email. 4 days later we finally had a rescheduled delivery date. We would opt not to use DELIVER-IT. NO LIVE AGENT TO SPEAK WITH. TRULY NERVE WRACKING.

Lies about delivery attempts, impossible to contact

I was supposed to receive my package from Sephora yesterday but then received a notification saying it could not be delivered because of “road closed” to my apartment, which is completely not true and I got two other packages delivered from other companies the same day. Then, today, I get two calls from someone whose caller ID says “Juan” (I will keep their last name private). Anyway, since I dont know whoever this person is, like most people, I don’t answer the phone. Only then do I get a text from said number saying they can’t access my building because “gate code required.” First of all, no other delivery company has ever had an issue accessing the building, which is further evidence that this company is not legit. Second of all, are they having their delivery drivers call from their personal phones or something? You can’t expect people to answer calls that appear to be from random unknown people. Third of all, there is no “gate code” but there is a call box. The delivery address clearly lists my apartment number, so you would think that they would simply look at the call box and see that you can simply look for a certain apartment number and press “CALL.” I then would have been able to buzz them in.

Regardless, I responded to this person’s text immediately after they sent it, told them the call box number, and ran down to the lobby - all within the minute. But of course, they were already gone and I received no response to my text and no response from the company. I even tried to call the number back and got no answer. This is just getting ridiculous at this point.

On top of all that, they have spelling errors on their website, i.e. “singnature,” which makes them look even more sketchy. How they got a contract with Sephora is a mystery to me.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, they have not yet delivered my package its been 5 days since it has went out for delivery, and no one answers the phone its just a machine. 90% chance they stole the package

The good, the bad and the ugly...

As with everything now days, there are certainly Pro's and Con's with this company.

Pro's:
Marina J. with their customer service team was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond. She answered all of my questions about my delivery. + 5 stars, just for her alone!

Con's: (a lot more than Pro's)
Their tracking technology is severely lacking... on par with 1999 era tracking... Do not expect any updates on your delivery and you're super lucky if you even have access to a tracking number. With that said, there is no way to know when or if your parcel is out for delivery, and if you have a parcel where someone 21+ needs to be there... well, saddle up! You'll need to have someone 21+ home 24/7 in case they deliver it. If not, trying to get them to re-deliver is an absolute nightmare!! There is no way to do it from their website, and their "contact me" form does not seem to get the same response time as emailing them directly (email is listed on their website)... in fact, I'm still waiting for a response from my "contact me" request. Very frustrating if you need to be away from home for work, kids, life, etc.. because there is absolutely no way to see tracking updates. -Minus 2 stars for the extra gray stress hairs I now have!

They don't deliver it...

They don't deliver on time. They don't update their tracking data with anything useful. You cannot talk to anyone. They have the worst reviews on Google and BBB. Waiting on phone delivery from Apple, no one seems to know where it is but Apple says I should wait 3 more days.
Today finally I hear it is lost...really? With all the bad reviews of lost packages, and horrible service why is Apple using them?
