Delivered Korea is a great first time proxy. I was pretty hesitant on using a proxy as it seems too difficult over just inputting my own address and paying more. But, after seeing the tutorials they have on their page and overall a high satisfaction rate from their customers, I gave it a try and it did not disappoint! I love it and plan on sticking with it as my proxy!

Their service is a need! I am glad that I can get the Korean products I want from wherever I want especially open markets like bunjang. The steps and fees are also clearly explained. I will continue using their service.

Everything went smooth. From ordering products I wanted from Korean websites to shipping and delivering to my country. Delivery is super fast. Shipped on Thursday 5.6. and I got my order today on the 10th of June. The delivery company processed the order during the weekend as well.
The only thing that is a little off putting is the fees and tax that you pay, its very pricey Id say. But I am very satisfied with the whole process although I was a little sceptical in the beginning.
I highly recommend if you want something from Korea and they dont ship to your country :)

I used their “We Buy” service and it was a very easy process. Shipping was handled quickly and everything went well. Their partnership with Bunjang is also very nice, as that made it easier to purchase items from Bunjang. I will definitely use Delivered Korea again next time I want to purchase Korean products.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They sell multiple items that they don’t have in stock. Extremely unprofessional and messy business with terrible customer support. Please take your money elsewhere.

Great experience all round. The 'purchase for me' option was easy to navigate. The consolidation workflow was easy to understand.
The postage rates were reasonable and handling time was fast.
The staff repackaged my items carefully in an economical box that provided adequate protection.
The only things that could be improved was the time between me submitting the order and when the actual purchase took place.
And also not being able to purchase multiple items from the same shop in the same order, had to make separate orders for each and wasnt able to take advantage of free shipping on the smaller items.

Customer service is reliable and quick to answer any questions! It’s also my first time using their we buy service and it was efficient and quick! Have yet to ship my items as I’m waiting on few more but love the efficiency and communication! The website is super easy to navigate too!

I've great experiences with DK, I'm on my 15th shipped package shipped with them and the only small complain I have is the photo service, I wish it'd be a bit better but other than that everything is great and they're always so attentive to everything!

This company is disgusting. They stole my merchandise worth more than 300 USD.

This was my first time working with DeliveredKorea and will probably be my last. Firstly everything went smooth I was buying the products, any questions I had they were really quickly to reply and after I asked for consolidation and shipment and it was done very fast. The problem happened when the package got stuck and customs. This is an almost 700€ package and there was missing paperwork which I asked DeliveredKorea for and for the first time they actually took quite a while to reply and did not provide the paperwork I asked for. I am being asked proof of payment but the payment platform they use does not provide a receipt after you paid which is the document I need. Long story short, the package will be returned to them, I will not be able to ship it again since I would have to pay for shipping again and it would once again get stuck in customs and I do not have enough documentation because DeliveredKorea does not provide. So basically DeliveredKorea will get to keep all my items and money and I will lose 700€. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL BE CAREFUL
