I was directed to the Deliverback website by the hotel I stayed in in Belgium after I left my jacket there. The website was very easy to navigate, and within 48 hours my jacket arrived in perfect condition at my home in the United States. I was flabbergasted by the positive experience.

This was a waste of money. I contacted deliver back and received a generated email saying they will investigate within 10 days. Despite me contacting them 5 days later informing them that we had recovered our bags I received another generated email 12 days later informing that they could not locate my bags. No proactive service provided. I do not recommend you using Deliverback services

I left a ring in our hotel room at MyMykonos in Mykonos. I realised at the airport. I emailed the hotel from the airport and they had replied by the morning stating they'd found it and to use the Deliverback link.

I knew this company because I left my Ipad at Athens airport. I needed a courier that pick my item from there, pack it and then send it to my address. I have lost hope, because no courier does all that stuff and Deliver Back literally saved my life by performing all those actions in less than a week. I recovered my ipad safe and sound. We lost a child's trunki case at Rhodes airport in May. Paid the checking fee. Quick negative response (8hrs approx). My sister travelling through Rhodes Yesterday went to the Lost and found desk and retrieved the Item. Cant help feeling like I've been scammed

Thought I left my hearing aids At Kefalonia airport so paid 19 euros to company at about 11pm on Sunday night to try and locate them. Found them in morning and advised company early am Monday but this was ignored. Got email saying they could not find them later. Disappointed as I thought they would refund all or most of fee as no work was required if they had acted on my email 🫤

App was very easy to use and support was prompt and courteous. The automated updates allowed me to track my item at every step. Although the item I left wasn’t expensive it had great sentimental meaning and I had it back in just a few days!

Fantastic service! I left my ipad at Athens Airport Security. Deliverback picked it up, packaged it, and sent it via DHL back to me. Reasonable rates. Communication was excellent (all done via email). Highly recommend.

I had lost an expensive pair of Ray Bans on a Greek Ferry. The company (SeaJets) were very helpful and located the glasses. Deliverback are their partner who delivered them back to me in the UK safely and on time. Excellent service from both.
