PLEASE READ before considering to use…

PLEASE READ before considering to use them! I have arranged UPS courier through them to deliver my parcel from Spain to the UK. They have not filled out necessary customs forms and my parcel still stuck in Spain waiting clearance. This company is based in Greece with no international support office. I cannot get hold of them through their phone number, and they do not reply to emails and What’s app provided on their website. Disgraceful scam company

Very poor service

I paid £97 two weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I have no tracking number. Several emails have gone completely unanswered. Terrible service. I don’t expect to ever receive my item but will gladly amend my review if I do.

Ipad arrived with broken screen

Ipad arrived with broken screen. Had been half covered in a poor quality bubble wrap type layer, in a standard envelope.

Worst still, had taken insurance, after months of trying to sort out reimbursement, they approve a $150 euro settlement, and now 6 months later still have not made payment.

Terrible customer service.

FRAUD

FRAUD - THIS SERVICE IS NO SERVICE. THEY ARE JUST SAYING THAT THEY SEARCH FOR THINGS, BUT THEY DON'T. Fortunately, I did not stop my own search. Asking at the airport at lost and found of the airline worked!
Don't pay gor this "service".

Deliverback packing was terrible

Deliverback packed my fragile ceramic mug in a flimsy reused Nespresso box with minimal protection. It arrived destroyed. When I complained, Athina promised follow-ups on August 26th, September 18th—none came. I followed up three times over two months. Their website promises "professional packaging" and "secure shipping," but I got neither. For a $150 "professional service," this is unacceptable. Don't use this company. They are not professional, pack items poorly, ignore their customers and don't stand behind their work.

Everything went well!

Everything went well, I forgot my Jacket and Keys in Rhodos Princess Hotel.

After the Hotel confirmed they have my stuff I got the Link to deliverback.

After I paid I got a confirm Email and the next Feedback took 1 week.

Minus 1 Start, because the Feedback could come quicker. But in General i am Happy everything worked Out and i have my stuff Back. This is the most Important for me. From payments to delivery the whole process took 21 days. :)

Passport and headset forgotten at hotel

It was very unpleasant to discover that I had forgotten my purse containing both my passport and bluetooth headset in the safety box at the Copenhagen hotel when I arrived at the airport. Luckily I didn't need my passport to get home to Iceland so I contacted the hotel and they found my purse right away. Sending the purse back to Iceland was no problem but I had to pay around 140 Euros for shipping and another 35 Euros in customs with DHL when the shipment arrived to Iceland. Although this was expensive, it was totally worth it in this case and the service from the hotel and Deliverback was absolutely top notch.

They only work with Greek airports

They only work with Greek airports, it’s not written anywhere before paying them.
Once you are able to contact them you can only speak with some AI, and when you get to an human they are even useless than the AI.

Left my reading glasses in a hire car

Left my reading glasses in a hire car. Wasn’t getting far with the hire car company even though they said they had my glasses so paid for Deliverback to sort out and were brilliant very communicative even when Customs caused a delay.

I left my iPhone on a coach in Athens…

I left my iPhone on a coach in Athens and on returning to the UK I struggled to work out how best to get it returned. Then I found Deliverback, what a brilliant service, extremely happy customer and my phone has safely been returned to me within a couple of days.

Excellent Service

My item (very valuable to me) was safely delivered to London today after having been left on a ferry in Greece a few weeks ago. My service with DeliverBack was simple and easy and I was kept updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Scam!

I paid 130 euro to pick up my iphone from lost en found at Madrid airport. I sent thereferencenumber of the found iphone to Deliverback. Some days later I got the message from Deliverback that the Iphone wasn’t found. Again I sent all the information to Deliverback.Haven’t heard anything since then. Scam!!

Excellent service

Excellent service! It saved me the headache of figuring out how to get a postage paid mailer to the hotel. I think all said and done, from purchase to receiving package, it took about 8-9 calendar days. It was shipped from UK to US via UPS. It’ll take a few days to get moving, as they need to contact hotel, confirm items are left, then retrieve items. I got the shipping notification several days before it shipped. So if you use this service, you will not be disappointed, but give them time to get it to you. Once UPS received item in UK, it literally shipped in 2 days. Amazing. I can’t thank them enough. Side note, I decided not to pay for insurance, and was a little nervous after I did that, but I received everything in perfect shape! They even returned items I didn’t know we left there!
