Order placed on the 3rd of july, no tracking number sent, and 13 days later absolutely no news of my order. I tried to contact the customer support on their email adress and only have an IA bot answering me the same thing all the time "order has been delayed, you will receive it, let me check with our logistics your tracking number". Yet no tracking, no information on the company used to ship the package, no estimated delivery date, and obviously no answer on their instagram page. At this point I don't know what to do and still unsure I'll receive my order that should have been there 2-3 days after ordering.
