Great way to get introduced to bakery skills.

I attended the doughnut making course on 29th August. Everything about the day was superb,the venue, the tuition, even the weather. I left with the knowledge and confidence to be able to create doughnuts to a consistently high standard ( plus a box of sugar coated custard and jam filled goodies ).
I would highly recommend The Delightful Tea Bake School. Hope you go from strength to strength.

I attended the Doughnuts and more! class in July 2015. Everything about the Delightful Tea school is excellent. The website and booking system is intuitive and easy to use. The location and parking are easy to find and convenient. The tutor was professional, knowledgable, but friendly, patient and approachable with it. The course content was exactly as described, fun and appropriate. The pace of the course was just right too. Even the other students were lovely. Also excellent value for money.
We made 6 amazing filled doughnuts. Proper doughnuts. Like the ones your parents used to buy when you were a kid, not the mass produced ones available today. We also made churros, which were little bites of heaven. I cannot recommend the school and this course high enough. I will certainly be returning to do one of the bread making courses. Well done to everyone involved :)

I went on the bread making course, and it was so easy to learn, an enjoyable place to be and some wonderful bread to take home!

A really fun, relaxed but professional environment to learn. My 14 year old daughter and I have attended several courses at the Delightful tea bake school and have not only learned new skills but thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. Sarah is a great teacher and you are made to feel very welcome. We hope to book more courses soon

I managed to find a link for the Delightful Tea Bake school in a last minute rush to find a replacement activity for a Hen Do. Thankfully there was space for us and we were booked in only a week ahead of time! The workshop itself was fantastic, we were all able to make beautiful and delicious cakes pops, as well as have a lovely chat over a glass of bubbles and cupcakes kindly supplied. There was a very fun, relaxed atmosphere throughout, Sarah even allowed extra time for the perfectionists among us, so we didn't need to rush! A perfect start to a great day! Thank you

i purchased a voucher for a cookery lesson for my wife as one of her Christmas presents, 2014. I have to say that the whole process was just so easy, straight forward and uncomplicated. Mores the point there was an abundance of different classes available at times to suit everyone's needs. In terms of value for money the two hour course is exceptional. I would have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone.

Sarah was very welcoming knowledgable. I had a fantastic time baking my short bread and scones :-))
Also, I felt relaxed which I think is extremely important during a course. I am back in July to attend the doughnut course, and I can't wait!!

I booked a course for my wife and daughter as a present. They both had a wonderful time, learnt lots of new things and now I feast upon cupcakes whenever I ask if they'd like to go back and try a different course.

My daughter, who normally answers 'fine' to all my questions couldn't stop telling me about it.

Definately recommended, especially for husbands/fathers who want to be Alpha Male again.

I went on a Victoria Sponge Master Class and at the time I was on a gluten free diet and Sarah went to the trouble of trying out recipes with gluten free ingredients so that I could make it and eat it!
Sarah is a very good tutor and the small groups makes it easy to relax and chat with fellow students. I took away a victoria sponge cake and a pot of jam we'd made as well, which all the family agree was the best jam they'd had! I would recommend Delightful Tea Bake School to anyone as an alternative gift, something to do with a friend, relative or partner or even to do on your own as a treat.

Sarah really went the extra mile . Great class and really enjoyable. Would recommend the classes.

I've had 2 wonderful sessions under Sarah's fun and informative guidance and can't recommend The Delightful Tea Bake School highly enough ! I'm the first to admit to being a useless 'chef' with very little confidence in the kitchen but my new nickname is the DG, ..Domestic Godess ..as, thanks to my latest bread making tuition from Sarah, I now very rarely buy bread and would never buy butter again as I can make it in seconds ! The mystery of baking biscuits, scones, and various breads is all so clear to me now ! Don't hesitate ..have a look at the many courses available and get booked up, you won't be disappointed !

You made everyone feel very individual, yet part of the party.
I personal had a great time and I think everyone else did to .....being on my own I was very welcomed and got on with the group very well x

I payed for myself and my Mum to attend a half day cupcake course as a Mothers Day present. We had such an enjoyable time. Sarah made us feel very welcome and explained everything really well. We made 6 cupcakes and then was shown how to do sugar craft - we made flowers and butterflies in all different colours and at the end we were shown how to pipe perfect swirls of flavoured buttercream onto our cupcakes before we finished them off with our Sugarcraft. The end product looked fab and we got to take them home in a cupcake box. Great way to spend half a day and would thoroughly recommend Delightful Tea Bake School to anyone!!

I bought an Introduction to Bread Making course for my husband's birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed the day and has made bread at home since. Would love to try out some more courses.

Having been to the Delightful Tea Bake School 3 times and learnt to bake scrummy cupcakes, delicious Victoria sponges and the perfect scones and shortbread I would highly recommend it to anyone! Sarah breaks everything down so even the most inexperienced baker can be proud of their creations and have the confidence to bake them at home too!
