Bouquet delivered 2 days late

Advertise 24 hour tracked by Royal Mail but NOT guaranteed ,
flowers were in a RM warehouse for 2 days and arrived in unacceptable condition, all white flowers had to be thrown away , rose petals going black and curled up but apparently acceptable to delightful flora so no compensation given , did get an apology but dealing with AI

My advice if you want guaranteed delivery for a special occasion do NOT use delightful flora as Royal Mail are not reliable anymore .

Inferior flowers delivered, nothing like the advert. Will not order from this company again. Sent email to be told it depends on which flowers are available!!

Did not send correct bouquet of flowers the ones they sent cheap and tacky no mention of flowers would vary the whole bunch varied awful will never use again they falsely advertise no apology at all

Wel where do i start. Ordered from here 6th b4 or jus after not much tho on 6th 2 delivered on 7th. Its not 9th an stil not there. Ive have the proof 2 show they said the 7th changed 2 8th now 2 the 9th. But yet not there shameful an now refusin 2 give me a refund. Won't let me add the pics 2 show its a genuine complaint

Was given option to have delivered on a Sunday which was not actually true as they don't advise it's coming by royal mail. If I'd known I would have went to another company.
Flowers were alright, but bit wilted and the attached card had a sticker with the message along with order details which took away from the message
Feels a bit unprofessional
Also ordered a balloon, but it was just a balloon on a stick, not a helium one like a lot of florists send
Used once, but won't use again

Ordered via website three days before my daughters birthday paid premium delivery for next day this was done well before 5pm cut off.
no flowers Saturday.sunday
Monday daughters birthday still no flowers.
tuesday.wednesday.thursday no flowers.
Friday flowers 4 days after birthday and one whole week later.
No apology just excuses.
Stay away from this site happy to take your money and not provide service.

The arrangement sent looked nothing like the advertised photo, the colour were not even close to what was chosen. Very disappointing j

I am absolutely furious at this company.
I ordered flowers to be delivered today and received a email saying they're going tomorrow.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME .
I AM LIVID AT THEM . Absolutely zero stars

The flowers and the wrapping werent the same as shown in the photo. Didnt arrive on time.

Wrote the wrong delivery address and it was sorted very simply

I ordered and paid for premium next day delivery, three days later the flowers have not been delivered by Royal Mail , they sent an email with a time they would be delivered. The last update stated between 7.30 and 10.30. Have just had another update stating they cannot now deliver and they would "try" again tomorrow. NEVER had issues like this with Bloom and Wild. Disgraceful

I ordered the splendour bouquet (as a surprise gift), which arrived within 24hrs and was all for under £20! The flowers are of excellent choice and quality!

The description of the flowers on the website I ordered was totally different to what I received.
Would definitely not order again from this supplier.
