Purchased 100’ of premium uv resistant…
Purchased 100’ of premium uv resistant wire loom and it came in 2 50’ sections taped together. This inconvenienced my project as I had a wire with 2 pieces of wire loom I had to tape together. I ordered and paid for 100’ not 2 50’ sections.
Update: DelCity resolved this immediately. Their customer service is top notch!

No-hassles and free shipping

good wire, odd shipping practice.
Ordered thousands of feet in multiple colors of crosslink from delcity.
On occasion they don't have the right color in stock, even though the site says it's in stock. Then they ship what they have, charge the order minus the backordered, and don't inform the customer. Then, when it's in stock, they charge and ship the rest. No informing the customer. You get a future charge you might miss. My own customer's orders don't get fulfilled. It's not a great place to order wire, but it's halfway decent and I haven't found better (small gague). This has happened multiple time over the last 6 years.
