The interface has clearly not been redesigned in a while. which is fine, it works, i'm not here to look at the website. but when you're paying premium prices there's a base level of polish you start to expect and this doesn't quite meet it

Right so I joined about a month ago…
Right so I joined about a month ago after a friend recommended it. Set everything up, filled in all the compatibility stuff, uploaded photos, wrote what I thought was a pretty decent bio. Felt good about it. Then over the following two weeks: one photo disappeared, my age preference reset four times, I got logged out during two separate conversations, and a message I sent showed up twice on someone's end. She replied to both separately which was at least funny. Support ticket from day eight still hasn't been answered. I keep meaning to cancel and keep not getting around to it which is probably also something worth examining
