Very bad experience with dekoniaudio.

Order #37690 - for a total of €117.94

It's been two months since I placed the order, no news from them, no response to my emails.

Have I been scammed ????!!!!!

These pads are more comfortable than stock pads, but still eave a lot to be desired, especially for the price. My ears hit the drivers of my headphones, so if the pads were thicker I think that would solve the problem

Worst product i have ever purchased, plastic clips snapped off not even a year after use and they use glue for the leather which also didnt last more than 6 months. absolutley terrible products, they wanted me to pay 30 usd for shipping. Avoid at all cost scammers

Great service, cheap shipping, easy information on sizing and compatibility. Sometimes it's a bit hard to make a decision comparing the 10 different material types.

The ~$35 flannel pads I purchased for my DT770s punch above their weight class, but the inexpensive "standard" pads I purchased for my MDR7506s punch....exactly at their weight class.

Much better service and products than Brainwavz Audio or the junk on Amazon.

The versions for Grado. Given reviews generally on third party earpad replacements are equivocal at best, one is disinclined to take a leap of faith for £50-80.
The photographs tell you nothing. The description makes no mention of the benefits - comfort? Cosmetics? Sound quality? Nothing.
I always felt those who complained Grados were uncomfortable were overdoing it.
If you are going to sell two bits of foam for £80 I suggest better images and a full description of why you would spend that much rather than stick with the originals.

Update: Dekoni Audio have tried to have this review removed by insisting on name, telephone number and transaction details.
If you read the review it is perfectly obvious there was no transaction. And for the reasons clearly stated.

Pads were shipped fast and were perfect!

Supposed to be genuine sheepskin leather earpads. And they are expensive!
Yet the black "leather" flakes after 3 years, like every other cheap plasticleather earpad. Will definitly not buy again!

Fast shipping, easy purchasing. Quality product. Key factors in retaining business.

The product was to my satisfaction

And the product arrives fast, even though my location is outside the USA & Europe

The elite sheepskin pads are very comfortable! Love them!
