The stuff they sell is great especially the new release of the omnitrix watches I don’t think I’ve seen any other brand do stuff like that, but their shipping times don’t line up and usually take an extra week or 2 to come so you’ll be waiting around a month to get your stuff however I am very happy with the stuff I purchased from them such as the omnitrix watch, chain and a lighter which I’ve been complimented on loads

I’ve ordered 2 backpacks from here and both are really good quality. Both came after about 2 weeks of ordering which is standard. All in all ive liked both items and will shop here again

The quality of the accessories to the clothes is above expectations. Everything on the website absolutely stands out and is different from what you see everyday npcs wearing. The belts are perfect from the design to the quality and the knife fucken sick.

I bought the Illusion Eye bracelet, and it was super good quality. It came rather fast, and there was full communication with the brand.

I ordered the “ben 10” bracelet and it came in pretty quick and it’s stunning in person it looks better than the videos they post and honestly fits really good. I have thinner arms and it has 3 settings they honestly make really quality pieces

Everything I’ve seen from this brand is top notch quality and are one of the only brands to keep customers up to date.

All their items are cheaply made and insanely expensive. They charge a 30% fee to return for store credit only and customer service is horrible. I bought an expensive pair of boots and when they arrived they looked awful. The seems were uneven, fabric was warped with creases, and the metal plates on the soles were not secure and made noise every time I stepped. When I asked customer service for a refund they said I got what I ordered so would have to pay a SIXTY DOLLAR restocking fee. This is an absolute scam. This company should be ashamed of itself. I highly doubt they actually do anything when they reply to these reviews and say they’ll find a fair solution.

Shipped quickly and accurately. Item was as described, high quality, and they gave me a sticker which was very much appreciated. Overall, I’d bet these dudes do good 99% of the time.

Please do not order from them. Straight up scammers been 2 months still do not have the merchandise. Reading the other reviews I know if I were ever to receive it. The clothes will be shitty…DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

First of all, I am Japanese. The materials are very, very cheap, and they are asking a high price just for washing and hand-stitching decorations on materials that are sold anywhere. I asked them to accept the return, but they were slow to respond and always made the matter vague, and told me that I couldn't return it. Although the terms and conditions say that I can return it, I will send them a photo and consider it. I am fed up with being dodged every time. For this reason, it is better not to buy from here. Also, the product you receive is not the same as the photo. I will never buy from them again. I can't believe it has a rating of 2.2 lol

I bought the parasite necklace and this was lost in transit. I let them know so I can get either a refund or a replacement and they acted like I was lying. They sent me a photo and all of a random mailbox system and said it was dropped off to my address. This didn’t even look like my mailboxes to any extent. I went back and forth with them for ages, them telling me to call a number, go to the post office, basically sending me on a wild goose chase. And every time, I came back to them, they would not give me a refund. This went on for an entire month.

I got some jeans from here and they were overall pretty good - quality was good and fit was also nice. However, I noticed that many of their items (including the one i bought) are bought from outside sources and then significantly marked up. If you plan to buy from them, I recommend to put the product through dupe.com because you may find the exact same product for a lower price.

The parasite necklace although it looks nice was labeled as made of “stainless steel” when in reality it’s made out of brass and for 80$ i literally found the same product for 25$ on other websites

Horrible service, ordered a jacket from this clothing store that was shipped more than a week after it was purchased.

I received no update or shipping information, then they used a logistics partner "GoBolt" that delivered and dropped off the package to the front of my building at 10PM (left outside on a New York City street) not in my lobby or at my apt door. Needless to say the package was stolen.

When I reached out to their customer service it was clear that neither companies wanted to take accountability for their errors.

I paid for a product that was never received, horrible experience; making sure to never purchase from this site again.
