I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I hold no hope of receiving my order. Placed my order on the 9th October and on the 10th the order was confirmed and approved by Vodafone, since there has been no communication from deinhandy on when I can expect the phone and sim. I managed to call customer service but no support for English and they hung up. I had high hopes but would not buy from here again. Now I just have to figure out how to cancel the order.

I have been Deindhandy / Sparhandy customer for almost a decade to be precise from 2017.
The earl brilliant customer support and trying to help customer behavior is replaced by ignoring customer needs and not helping them.
I placed my order by end of February. While trying to activate and port my number, I've faced some issues with the mobile operator. I have asked Deinhandy customer support by end of March, what are my rights to cancel the contract, I've never filled the contract revocation nor confirm any cancellation.
The problem is solved by 01.04.2025 by mobile operator. 6 days later Deinhandy keeps telling my my cancellation is received. It seems if you send an email to "widerruf" they automatically work on the cancellation and there is no one who actually reads it.
My contract is still running and it'll be third months which I'm having this contract.
Just yesterday I have received "Mahnung" for the retail price of the phone to be paid to Deinhandy.
I have contacted the mobile operator a month ago and even today and they told me there is no revocation or cancellation request has been made by Deinhandy.
Now. I have to pay for 2 years for the contract and Deinhandy wants the full price of the phone too.
I have sent several emails and explain the situation but it seems no one is actually reading the emails.
Last time, they told me they send it to their special departments, 8 days ago, and now I only received "Mahnung" from them.
All in all, the experience is very stressful and they managed to make the pleasant, good discounted contract, bitter.
Update: After calling them they said the invoice is cancelled. However, they have booked the full amount of phone, even some more money from my bank account. They have not authorized to deduct this amount from my bank account.
I am filling the fraud complain with police to see where this can go.
Update: I have never got any apologies nor proper cancellation of invoices. Deinhandy is part of history for me and I would never come back to them nor all of my 9 family members and relatives.
Update2: I am still receiving random support emails, update on my order keep telling me if I want to keep the device and ... it's so horrible to see all of these emails.
I will send some legal notices soon to see if they react otherwise will press charges due to fraud and false claims on my bank account.
Update3: Improving the process is not helping to not get harassed by random emails and reminders which I have and I'm still receiving from you. I would like to receive a written statement indicates I have no reminder for payment nor the contract is cancelled and not get any invoices from you.

Third time I use their service, and while I had some issues, they are usually quick to solve them and my experience has been good so far.
ordered the new pixel 9 pro on 14.08.2024 and they still havent sent it (after 8 weeks) nor do they know when it will be sent. Im never going to buy a phone through this website again! I am stuck with a 100€ phone for almost two months because of them. phone was supposed to be delievered in max 6 weeks!

Not a good idea to order your new phone after cancelling your existing contract. I ordered a new contract with a phone because the phone which I use is becoming unusable. With my contact ending in a couple of days, there is no information from deinHandy on when I can get my new phone. Customer service is good. But they can't answer when can they deliver the new phone. Now I'm in a spot of bother. I have to cancel the order and look for a new phone from somewhere else. 2 stars is for the deal and the customer service. Had they kept that promise, I would have given them 5 stars. Better luck in 2 years.

After 14 days since my order was placed, i still haven't received my phone and my SIM.
I called and they've said me that everything it's fine and i will receive it in the following days, that was 6 days ago.
I think that they should work on the delivery experience and honor the 3-5 days delivery time that is marked on the site.

My experience with deinhandy is extremely bad, and I will never recommend deinhandy to anyone. It has been more than 10 days, and still I have not received my smartphone. I tried to contact Deinhandy, but there was no proper reply, and now I am fed up with them. My card has been activated for 8 days, and because I haven't received my smartphone and SIM card, I cannot use it, which is the loss that I am bearing. I very much regret buying my smartphone from Deinhandy.
