Beware: Deceptive Refund Practices and Terrible Quality Control

Refused to refund my order, claiming it was “scratched” and “unsellable” upon return, though I returned it exactly as it was sent to me. One of the items even arrived with rusted metal, highlighting their terrible quality control. They find any excuse to deny refunds and shift blame onto customers for poor product quality or inadequate packaging. This company seems willing to go to any lengths, even dishonest practices, to avoid issuing refunds. No wonder they constantly have 30% off sales. Avoid at all costs.
