Excellent service by two very nice young men.

Excellent service, very polite and friendly

The delivery team Steven & Sam were absolutely fantastic! They arrived right on time and handled our beautiful Italian dining table with great care. Everything was set up perfectly.

Sam & Steven our delivery men were very polite, took care and time to talk through the product.

What lovely delivery men! We were frantically trying to figure out where to position our table before they arrived. They arrived and helped figure out where the middle point was. Didn’t rush us at all. Took off their shoes and were so respectful and kind. They only left when we were 100% happy. Probably the best customer service we’ve ever received. Better than 5 star service!

Two fantastic guys, Alex and Steven, did a painstaking job of assembling and adjusting our new sideboard. Company highly recommended.

Excellent Service. A week before the delivery was due, I was called by Tommaz to arrange a time slot. On the morning of the delivery, he called again to tell me the arrival time. They arrived on the dot.

The dining table was assembled, and all packaging was taken away. Nothing was left. Additionally, I was taught (by Dave) how to extend the table correctly and warned about how I could potentially damage it. He also gave me some cleaning tips. Both Tommaz and Dave were incredibly polite and courteous.

All expectations were exceeded.

Delivered and set up our dining table and we were really pleased with their service. We were literally in the middle of having our kitchen fitted and there were boxes everywhere but they were very accommodating and set the table up in the space we had no problem. Very friendly and quick (Mark and Dave I believe ).

Sean and Dave were really helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Dave and Mark who came to deliver and build our table were fantastic. Efficient friendly and respectful with how they handled the furniture. Overall very happy with the service.

We would like to thank Lykasz and Szczepan for delivering and installing our dining suit. They made phone calls prior to delivery and arrived in time. They were so helpful and professional. They e planned the installation process and even told us the materials used. Made sure we had all the aftercare knowledge. Thank you so much.

Our table came well within the time we had been advised on, so that was a result. The two guys who delivered and assembled it, Lukasz and Szczepan, were both really friendly and helpful with my many questions and were very quick and efficient, even tidying up afterwards and giving a great demo. Impressed by everything.

We were the first call of the day. The men turned up just after 8 and set to work right away unloading the van and taking the parts of the table from the boxes. They were extremely efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the table and the level of service we got. Thank you Pete and Matt!

Pete,Mark and Matt delivered our table, 6 chairs and sideboard yesterday (20/022014) I tricky delivery because there are steps, a tight corner and roof post in the way, then a hallway, two corners and a tight doorway into the kitchen. The lads handled our very expensive furniture with extreme care and professionalism. then assembled and positioned them perfectly ready for use. All packaging was cleared and removed without a trace. Pete took the trouble to explain operating of the extension leaf and clasps to make sure we got easy use. Throughout, they were friendly and cheerful, if it had been me, I would have been moaning and grumpy but not them. Many Thanks.

Great communication regarding delivery date options and delivery phone call confirming arrival time on the day.

Lukasz and Szczepan were bang on time, very efficient at delivering and putting together our dining table. Lukasz took the time to ensure we understood how the mechanism to open and close the extension worked, as its not straight forward, so that was very much appreciated.

Really nice chaps, both brilliant at their job and a credit to the company.

Pete, Mark and Matt were very respectful in my home, lovely to talk to. They called when they were 30 minutes away which was very helpful.
