Advertised free transfer in but still charged me. Not trustworthy. Very poor platform with lots of limitations. Very immature compared to other brokers that I use.

No mor "FREE" brokers for me. They are worst than Cr*p
I opened an account at Degiro because it was cheap. The first two years went well kind of well until I started to see the actual cost of working with a "free" broker.
Problems:
*Customer service is almost non-existent, they take several days to respond to a simple email, and only if you are lucky;
*I tried to vote in a shareholders meeting, of a company I had shares, and in addition to charging dearly for all these extras, they are so incompetent that stoped responding to my emails;
* I had shares in a company, and one day, they let me know that they will stop trading these shares and that within four days, they will sell them. If I want to keep those shares, I need to buy XX dollars and wait 4 - 6 weeks to transfer them.
In short, never again and suggest you run away!

I am waiting for the 2021 Modello Unico for taxes to be declared in Italy, the deadline is in two days to deliver all the documentation. So I do not advise any Italian to use this platform, the Italian citizen risks not being in compliance with Italian law.

Very easy to setup an account
Very easy to setup an account, everything can be done online, within 1-2 working days you are ready to go.
Then the platform is really easy to use and they keep adding new fetures (for example, now finantial data and ratios are available for most companies).
The only drawback is the lack of access to some foreign stock markets
