Excellent platform with lots of options and minimum charges. Also have to pass relatively simple tests to prove you have knowledge of the pitfalls of trading.

Been with them for a while and fortunate to find them in the UK at the time. Waited till now for an honest review of my experience so far. I moved from a Pro Trade account elsewhere, and was happy to see this also has buy+short accounts. Mainly limit orders are used however the rare market order was quick enough execution in times I needed to use it, and still was only a notch off the price I wanted. Seems a fair broker and very lovely web based access both on mobile browsers and on the main trading computer.

I am honestly really happy with my DeGiro account and just love grabbing a coffee and breakkies and flipping through charts and companies planning my next trade. So very happy with the agreements between Degiro and UK FCA so I can continue with them. I have looked high and low for a broker that ticks all the boxes and DeGiro does just that. Very positive to see them reply to those with issues within a day, that shows they are concerned with client experience.

My trading experience with Degiro was always good, the platform is easy to navigate and to understand, no issues whatsoever.
However, this morning I was trying to withdraw funds that are currently in the cash account and the system simply tells me that there are insufficient funds and refuses the withdrawal. I have tried different amounts, different devices, Degiro will not give me my money.
Then I discovered, they make it hard to contact them, I had to go through their Helpdesk to find out how to contact them and it is only email or a number in the Netherlands.
All my goodwill and positive experience with Degiro has basically been destroyed this morning thanks to this abysmal experience. I will be looking to move my portfolio elsewhere and I still want my money.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. NEVER use degiro to day trade!!! They are cheap for a reason, and i found out the hard way.

lost hundreds in fast moving markets just by trying to execute a market order and constantly being rejected (despite other platforms such as IG working perfectly fine in the same situation). Furthermore, the price is ALWAYS executed at the worst possible price! This was not just a one off event, the MO execution routing at degiro is horrendus! Its okay for limit orders and if you hold stocks for a long time, but day trading on degiro is a BIG NO NO!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Use a proper platform to day trade, not degiro!!

Good broker and cheap execution of orders. Also spread is good. Degiro always told you very early if some changes coming and probably affect your account. Excellent. I recommend.

Does Degiro ever employ staff in their service department. No what ever time of the day you call their service department the number is always engaged. Come on Degiro employ additional staff!

I've been using Degiro for a couple of years. I find the firm very efficient, always helpful when needed, everything is done speedily and all at a good price. Furthermore, they watch your back. Very useful for a novice like me!

Platform vary good but customer service is poor never get a reply when you send them a message on thier customer email address.

I've used Degiro, [a recommendation from a far more experienced trader] for the past two years from when I first started my trading journey. Its ease of use and focus on keeping trading simple was very important to me and is now my go to platform for stock trading. Good fee structure which is clearly explained [unlike some] means you can keep track of both entry and exit cost of all trades with one click. it dovetails very seamlessly with my trading plan.
