DeeRio has cheated me. I ordered one product, but I haven't received it yet. It seems like they have no intention of sending the product; they just want to take advantage of online payments. I emailed them, but received no response. Comments are disabled on their Instagram, and I haven't received a reply to my DMs either. I am filing a legal complaint.

This company is a fruad. They didn't even delivered the same item. They just packed and old and worn-out piece of clothe and send it through delivery partner. There is no customer service number provided no return or refund option. They just have mention their email address. I have mailed them 3 4 times and they did not reply at all.

Scammed by the DeeRio. Ordered 2 products, received a totally different used product which was dirty, looks like someone was wearing it for a long time and packed it as is. Mailed them but not received any reply. Instagram comments are not enabled and DM got no response. Raising a legal complaint.
