I booked a deep house cleaning service and was extremely impressed with the results. The team arrived on time, brought all the necessary equipment, and worked very efficiently. Every corner of the house was cleaned thoroughly — including areas I usually forget about, like behind appliances and inside cabinets. The floors, windows, and bathrooms looked spotless. They even left a fresh, pleasant smell throughout the home.
Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely hire them again.

We booked DHC to provide an end of tenancy cleaning of our two bedroom flat. Their quote was competitive and fair and the cleaning team was punctual.
Absolutely no complaints on the quality of the cleaning. The flat is sparkling throughout with no areas missed. No hesitation in using again or in recommending based on this experience.

While communication could be improved, the quality of the cleaning work was outstanding. They completely restored my apartment, removing grime and dirt I never imagined could come off. The place looked and felt like new after they finished.

Only give a one star, If I could give this service zero or minus stars I would.
This was the worst cleaning service I have ever seen.
After the birth of my son my own ability to give the house a deep clean was limited and finding time to carry out a thorough clean was extremely hard so we looked to a deep cleaning service as we had also recently had lots of work carried out in the house
We booked a deep house clean and when two cleaners turned up we felt hopeful that a deep cleaning service would be carried out
We live in a three bedroom two bathroom house and the cleaners were in and out in three hours , the result a very half hearted attempt at the most basic surface clean
On the deep cleaning website is a clear and detailed check list of what is included in their deep cleaning service
The cleaners did nothing from this , cobwebs were left in all rooms, multiple surfaces left undusted to the point when a finger was run over thick dust pilled up
The floor looked un- hovered , un mopped and the surfaces and cupboards had clear and visible dirt marks left
When I complained to the company I was told I didn’t know what a deep cleaning service was and that as I had taken my son and dog out whilst the cleaners were in and my husband supervised the clean I couldn’t possibly know what the cleaners did so I was obviously exaggerated the extent of what was not done
They then sent two cleaners round in announced to do a quick half hour sort of what was not done , they turned up when my son was sleeping and I was on my own so couldn’t help with taking the dog out to allow them to do their job
When we called to complain again saying a quick 30 minute tidy was not suffice and we needed a re do of a deep cleaning service the same cleaners turned up and we again were met with the most basic of house cleans where the floors were not mopped , the surfaces again un dusted it’s un clear if they even attempted the bathroom and they told us multiple times they couldn’t clean the surfaces as appliances where on them
Avoid this company and spend your money else where if you need a deep cleaning service whilst you are living in your house
This is just a shocking company and not at all a professional deep cleaning service

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning with this company. Our landlord inspected the next day and called and said there were a number of cleaning issues. We called the cleaners and told them about the problems, and that they needed to come back that day because the new tenants were moving in the next day, but they would not come out. Our landlord documented a number of cleaning issues, and said that it was not up to a professional standard. They kept more than £300 from our deposit. I have since tried contacting this company multiple times, but with zero response. Will never hire them again.

I gave the work to IB Clean Solutions (Deep House Cleaning, deephousecleaning.co.uk) for after builders cleaning package to clean the whole house in stages due to builders continues work downstairs and in order for us to move in upstairs. First stage was to clean upstairs and they missed paint marks and dust on hinges, door frames and to clean underneath the bed, etc... I provided evidence of this and they agreed to do the missed part when they come to clean the downstairs. This was again missed when they came to do the downstairs cleaning and the loft and even after emails and phone calls, there is no response. I paid what they asked for but haven't received the cleaning service promised. Please be careful with this cleaning company!

In response to your reply after a year - you are lying and I have email conversation that shows you have agreed to come back to do the cleaning where it was missed the second time but you never came and stopped responding to my emails.
