Don't you dare give any money to these bastards!
These bastards stole my money!!! They blocked my payments supposedly until January 5th, and after the deadline, they're still writing the same thing! When I write to these idiots, they tell me to wait until January 15th; it'll be a game of peek-a-boo. May you be caught off guard!!!!
Fooled me.. so watch out.
Fooled me...
Please carefully read their "each plan package purchase disclosure clause" .. in last couple month they changed their purchasing plans disclosure details such that it will come to surprise if you dont pay attention to loop hole details.
Here is what they will validate on your small orders
---------------------
* validates $100 (daily limit free plan)
* validates $150 (newbie one time plan)
* validates standard plan orders (no lower quantity requirements)
Here is what they DO NOT validate on your premium plans
---------------------
* purchase disclosure clause requiring you to buy x2 or x3 (if you mistakenly execute wrong quantity and lacks the balance to support the disclosure quantity requirements - your balance becomes negative and order will be stuck indefinitely)
I did contact the support, they will just accuse of you/me on failing to read the contract details.
Unfortunately, it fooled me, never seen this kind of disclosure tatic, now i'm currently unemployed, and now my funds over 10,000 is stuck in a limbo, my last orders are frozen.
Support says to come up with the funds, to offset the negative balance (which is over $- 10,000) the STUCK orders will auto resume.
contacted support several times, still no resolution even after new year 1/1/2026.
Here is what it will get you...
This platform is another scam
This platform seemed to be legitimate at first. It wasn't until I had been using it for a while that the scam appeared. I tried the $500 contract and after three days the "earnings" were deposited to my account and I purchased it again. This cycle continued for a few weeks. Then one morning the"4" and proceeded to make the purchase. Once it had done so, my account was now showing as being overdrawn by $1295. Then I was told that the only way to clear the contract would be to make an additional deposit to get my account to a positive amount. If the platform were legitimate, it should have declined the purchase because I did not have sufficient funds. Instead, it made the purchase and forced my account to a negative balance. And I was told that there was no way to simply cancel the contract. I did not make the additional deposit, and I guess that for now any money I had invested is lost. My advice...stay away from this platform unless you just want to give away your money.
Issue not resolved, just keep posting like in the past
My name is Alice Dupon. I submit this statement to document and report conduct that I believe constitutes fraudulent and unlawful restriction of client funds by a UK-based cloud mining platform. Deephash never replied my concern since December 14th, 2025, so I have to choose to post their illegal and misconduct behavior to give rest of investors serious warning who already invested or ready to invest.
I began investing on this platform on December 4. During the initial period, the platform operated normally. However, on December 14, the company restricted my ability to withdraw both my principal investment and accrued earnings, without lawful justification.
The company asserted the following explanation:
“We strictly comply with cryptocurrency regulatory requirements, especially the EU’s Fifth and Sixth Anti-Money Laundering Directives (5AMLD and 6AMLD). Your receiving address has been flagged by UK authorities; please contact customer service.”
Due to the seriousness of this claim, I sought independent verification. A legal professional in the United Kingdom contacted relevant UK authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the National Crime Agency (NCA), and UK fraud reporting channels.
The responses from these official UK government bodies were consistent and unequivocal:
No UK authority has authorized this platform to block or restrict lawful client withdrawals under the justification provided.
Furthermore, the cited AML regulations do not permit the indefinite freezing of client funds without due process or regulatory instruction.
Based on these findings, I believe the platform’s actions constitute misrepresentation, unlawful withholding of funds, and potential financial fraud.
I encourage any individuals who have experienced similar conduct to formally report their cases to UK authorities responsible for financial crime and fraud prevention. Even where losses have already occurred, such reports are critical to enabling regulatory intervention, potential enforcement actions, and the protection of future investors.
I will continue to document and disclose my experience until my funds are fully returned and the matter is properly resolved.
I further urge affected parties to pursue appropriate legal remedies collectively and individually, in accordance with applicable law.
This is a scam platform
I started investing $480 in October 2025 and then increased to $500 with the free plan so that I could use the $500 plan. At some point, I tried withdrawing $150, which worked. So I was excited and used deephash every day. My profits rose rapidly... I became suspicious. Sometime before Christmas, I noticed that a “promotional clause” had been added to the plans, stating that it was necessary to purchase the plan 3 or 4 times. And since I had read something about negative values here on trustpilot.com, I didn't do that. Then I wanted to at least withdraw my remaining $330, but that didn't work because I was allegedly under observation by the British tax authorities on suspicion of money laundering. When I inquired, I was told to wait 15 days and then try again with a different payout address. I've been doing that since January 1, 2026, but it didn't work. I constantly get the message “The system is undergoing updates...”.
Well, the $330 loss is bearable, but if someone invests more, they will lose more.
This site is a scam, they just want your money. Stay away from it. I
I think that the site will go offline before too long and some people will be rubbing their hands together because they have ripped people off for a lot of money.
Deephash is a Shady ass company!!!
So I put money into deephash and I have gotten some out of it. Tonight I sent 144.00 and it took them forever to update so my deposit shows. Then when I tried to get my money out they said my account was flagged and I would have to wait 15 days for FCA to investigate some address that has nothing to do with me! This is pathetic and a SCAM
SCAM
SCAM. WATCH OUT PEOPLE. ALL THESE ARE SCAMS. DO NOT FALL FOR ANOTHER BECAUSE YOU THINK ITS LEGIT. THEY ARE NOT!
Strong start, strange holiday contracts.
Its been great for a few months. I recently got lucky with another one of these type of sites. Blochchaincloudmining.com recovered my initial investment and then their website just disappeared off the internet. Tried deephash due to its reviews. Got my initial investment back. Like several users have just submitted. Their contracts became must buy 4 or 3. The site lets your order them but then everything is restricted due to insufficient funds. and even when the contract time expires, apparently it will not reset until you deposit enough to cover the balance. One user asked if anybody has deposited to cover. It feels like a last ditch effort to gain funds and disappear. So we'll see if the site is active in a few weeks. But i don't have over a grand to lose or I would attempt it for scientific purposes.
Promotional contract trap
Been buying the Iceland-2 – Reykjavik Geothermal Farm for 2 months with no issues. All of a sudden they sneak a promotional clause in their contract that a minimum of 4 contracts must be bought. Instead of blocking you from purchasing with insufficient funds, they allow your account balance to go into the negative. The only way to fix it according them is to deposit enough money to bring your account back to zero balance. Maybe this is their loophole to being legit. I do not know, but it is sneaky and very much a scam because they know no one will deposit more money falling for their promotional contract trap. Has anyone tried to deposit the remaining balance?
Scam, fake, not registered with the FCA
I deposited btc with no issues and did the (then) $500 contract (its $490 now). As of today, December 23rd 2025, they are now making you purchase 4 contracts at once! I'm glad I read that, but here comes the bad part. I tried withdrawing my money and they are refusing to release my funds. They claim my account was flagged by the FCA in the UK, but that is a lie. This company is not registered with the FCA, which is the biggest red flag there is. They are saying I need to wait 15 days for the FCA to confirm no abnormalities with my account. Yeah ok wtf. Zero chance I get my $500 initial deposit back.
SCAM
Ok. Sadly I think I have to admit this is a scam. It was all going well initially and appeared relatively professional. I started small and built up a profit, stepping up to larger contracts. I did a small withdrawl to my Coinbase account and that went fine.
This morning I re-purchased my usual $1100 plan - it was on christmas offer at $1080. My account then went into deficit to the tune of ~$1800. I contacted support who told me by selecting the offer I was actually buying 3 but as I didn't have enough funds my account is on hold.
Two things here that alarmed me :
1. there was nothing obvious to say this - it was 'buried' in the middle of the contract details.
2. how can I buy a plan with insufficient funds?
They told me I had to deposit the outstanding balance then everything would be fine! Honest. Pinky-promise!
Further research shows this to be a common theme with DeepHash, and if it hadn't been this, it would have been another reason for blocking the account or denying withdrawals.
They are using the technique of drawing you in and appearing legit, allowing initial withdrawals to build your trust, then, when they think you're hooked, they hit you with the scam and try to get you add more funds.
Disgusting people. I guess I'm lucky. It was only a small initial investment taken from profits from other investments, so no 'real' harm done. I'll cut my losses, learn a little and search for legitimate mining operations. They are out there!
I will report them to the UK scam authorities and the FCA and hope they get shut down eventually.
Dear Deephash User:
Dear Deephash User:
Hello! We fully understand your concerns and the financial difficulties this situation has caused you, and sincerely thank you for your patience. Please allow me to explain the technical reasons for this issue, clarify the attribution of responsibility, and outline how we can help you resolve the problem.
1. Reasons for the Buyback Requirement
After verification with our technical team, we found that your order experienced data synchronization errors during system processing.
This is because the initial payment amount did not reach the threshold of the "Dual Contract Recognition Mechanism."
Therefore, the system automatically marked your order as an "account issue" and temporarily suspended settlement and earnings distribution.
Currently, repurchasing the same contract (i.e., two contracts for the "Sweden-Luleå Hydro-Wind Farm") is the only technical operation that can trigger the system to resynchronize your order data.
After synchronization is complete, the system will fully recognize your previous contract and automatically restore the frozen order and earnings.
2. Statement of Responsibility
Please note that this situation is not caused by platform malfunction or manual intervention, but rather by a mismatch between the contract type and the actual amount received.
According to the platform's operating logic, when the payment does not match the structure required by the contract, the system automatically activates a protection mode to prevent further inconsistencies.
This mechanism cannot be manually or automatically corrected without a valid triggering transaction.
Therefore, this issue falls within the scope of normal security protocols, rather than a system malfunction.
We hope you understand that, from a technical and contractual perspective, repurchasing is a necessary step in completing the data synchronization process.
3. Our Assistance and Consideration for Your Situation
After multiple rounds of internal communication and careful review with the finance and risk control teams, we have successfully secured the highest level of support for your case. The company will assume 50% of the contract repurchase amount, equivalent to $15,500, to help you resume mining orders as soon as possible.
We fully understand your current situation and sincerely thank you for your continued trust and patience throughout this process.
Please understand that we cannot provide full protection for the following reasons:
Fund Security and Balance – The company must maintain overall financial stability to ensure that all users' earnings and contract settlements are not affected.
Compliance and System Requirements – In accordance with our audit and regulatory policies, the system can only identify and activate contracts with a portion of the funds originating from the customer's own funds. This ensures the authenticity and compliance of the contracts.
Risk-Sharing Mechanism – This principle has long been part of our platform policy. It enables customers and the company to share responsibility, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and ensuring long-term sustainable development.
Once you confirm your acceptance of this arrangement, $15,500 in assistance funds will be added to your account balance within 15 minutes.
Please ensure your balance is sufficient before repurchasing the contract. After the purchase is completed, your two previously expired and frozen contracts will be automatically unfrozen, and the newly purchased contract will expire after 24 hours, at which time all funds will be fully refunded.
If needed, your dedicated account manager will guide you throughout the process and coordinate the recovery work directly with our technical team.
We have made every effort to provide you with the maximum assistance within the scope of company policy. We sincerely hope this support will alleviate your financial pressure and allow your mining operations to resume smoothly.
Thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation.
We value your trust and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Rest assured, your account security and user experience are always our top priorities, and we will do our best to help you restore your orders and funds as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
DeepHash Technical Support Team
Lost My first $150 deposit into Deephash "rejected"
My first $150 deposit into Deephash was deducted from my Kraken account and deposited with Deephash. However, Deephash rejected my deposit. I had a heck of a time finding out what needed to be done to correct the issue. In other words, the website is not specific on what needs to be done to verify a deposit. I was told that support would send an email to help, but I received nothing.
I give Deephash two stars because I like the Interface, yet I am feeling more and more the platform is nothing but a front and the AI fake.

Scam
Scam, lied that FCA blocked money. I was contacted FCA and said that is not true! Just fake reson to steal money from clients.
kristenburling@ gmail…
Absolutely 100% scam. Do not be taken in by their promises . They play the long con, not too pushy, very polite, your money /asset is not safe with this company they never kept promises, they withheld my money illegal
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days….. Don’t be shy to seek help
scam
Now the system is asking to add additional fund to continue mining. This is very disappointing. They are beginning to act like to the other platforms that scam people and take back the little ROI.
Its easy and they give a bonus
I wish i had used that money more…
I wish i had used that money more wisely. I can't access my investment now that withdrawals are now on hold, and it pains me to consider how many years worth of cash vanished in an instant. I wish there were more robust safeguards for those who find themselves in such circumstances. I'm still attempting to come to terms with the loss and draw lessons from it. I regret now discovering plan2prosper earlier. In addition to saving me this suffering, it would have properly increased my wealth.
