Paid for a month so I could download files from keep2share and some other sites, the entire month all hosts I tried were not working and I couldn't use it to download even a single file

Very bad. Does not do what it says it will do with a premium account. No response whatever from what is laughingly reffered to as "support".
Have not been able to complete a single download yet!

no response ticket. stay away this website....I have used for a long time just for 1 month ,this good that period. now complete terrible.all host cant use at all.

It was a perfect service, a few month ago works great and support answer and solve problems. Last week I buy the service and not work on many servers and support never answer

It has been 10 days since I started to use their premium service and I could not download what I want. Most of the hosts are down. Sent a couple of mails to them, but nothing happened. They don't really care as it is SCAM. NEVER EVER BUY from them. Don't get fooled by their offers which are useless. It should named DEEPSH!T

I used this service several months ago, unfortunately I didn't look for reviews back then, but my experience mirrors exactly what the majority of people are saying in their reviews here, which is that it is just a scam. Stupidly, I decided to give it another try several days ago, nothing has changed, it still is most definitely a scam, please don't give these people your money, I promise you that you will regret it!

They're a fraud. The filehosts are always "under maintenance" or "not supported" even though they advertise as supported. They don't reply to emails or tickets. They're basically scammers.

With a premium account, I get "Filehoster under maintenance" error, when at the same time the status of the file hoster is said "Online". Lies.

I think this website started out with good intentions, but file hosting websites are aware of sites like deepbrid.com and are constantly updating, as a result deepbrid is often left null and void, and they just leave the site up and running and generate easy money, as it has good rankings in google!

I subscriped unfortunately but there is NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, at the end they will charge you again, I had to cut it off by contacting my bank. My bank asked me to contact their customer service, 1 month and no reply!

At any given time multiple file hosters' server status is down and they don't reply to your mail in their own 24-48 hours given window

DO NOT BUY. Works once in a blue moon, down sites aren't updated, query tickets arent replied to. looks like someone left a dead site running to scam folks. Alldebrid and Grab8 are much better.

Not sure what people are complaining about. I've used this website for years, and at least, for the links/services I use, never had a single problem, besides a hiccup here and there that were eventually fixed.

In a nutshell: They trick you into paying by saying some servers are for premium users only. Once you upgrade those "premium" servers will just tell you the links are dead, down, under maintenance, or not even supported, even when using the exact links that just told you they are "premium only". These exact links will work fine on any competitors site. They offer you "buy one year get one free", and it shows 2 years purchased, then your premium expires in 18 months. They simply will not reply to your support requests. If they do read them, they ignore them, but most of the time they don't even bother. If you post a bad review and they ask for your info and you reply, they will then ban your account. Overall this company is run by some teenager in his moms basement. The owner lacks any and all business ethic. Let's be clear, you are dealing with a thief. If you do buy, pay using a method you can dispute--e.g PayPal.

The long version: The cheap servers everyone offers debrid services for work. The better services most people use that are hard to find debrid services for, simply tell you they are for "premium members". So you finally cough up some money and pay, only to find that the exact same links now say "Error: Filehoster not supported", "Host down", "Under maintenance" or "Link Dead", but the same links work fine on a competitor site. Open a private browsing tab and suddenly it's back to "only available for premium members".

My first support ticket was read, but ignored. Following tickets were ignored---some not even read. No responses even months later. Having paid with Bitcoin I can't file a chargeback. Guess lack of fear equates to lack of accountability.

I chose this service because of the amount of servers they "support". Turns out most of them are there just to trick you into financially supporting their free servers while they dupe more unsuspecting victims.

UPDATE: 45 days later and the owners finally got around to requesting "more information". But given others having issues with them disabling their account and keeping their money for leaving a negative review, I am not inclined to reply to their request.

UPDATE: 2.5 months after this review and I haven't been able to successfully download for a month. Every try is met with "file deleted from host or host not supported". This includes the free providers and is the same whether logged in or not.

UPDATE: 6 months now. WDUpload changed its name. Other free providers fixed their systems in a week or so, this service--the one I paid for two years of service on--still hasn't bothered after 3+ months.

UPDATE 4: WDUpload hasn't worked for months. They can't take the time to fix anything, but they sure took the time to add more manipulation to try and dupe people into paying for nothing. On free, WDUpload now says "Paid Users Only" and then if you sign into your paid account it says "Their site is currently down".

UPDATE: 13 months now and I can see a plain pattern on their site. The few good services that actually work they only keep a couple accounts for. When the accounts hit their download cap, no one can download until their limits are renewed at the end of the cycle. Thus you have a very short window when you can actually download files. Even then it is flaky because it will hit capped accounts sometimes and not others.

UPDATE: 18 months now. I paid for 24, but my account now says I am a free user. Guess I can't provide you with any more updates about how truly atrocious this service is.

SCAM! totally unusefull

Scam. I bought package, and no even one service is working. Always writes "not working now". Support never replies
