It was so straightforward. I completed the online form and submitted it on the Friday. Received a call the following Monday from a very efficient lady to clarify some dates. One week later my Deed Poll arrived, with instructions and the copies I had ordered. The certificate itself is attractive looking document. I'm very pleased with the whole process.

Super easy & super quick. Made my application Wednesday, emailed Friday to say it was being processed & documents delivered Saturday! I did pay for recorded delivery so think that helped with the speed of delivery but it was all done between Christmas & new year. After sending all my documents to the King's Bench and waiting 5 months only to be told the documents were completed incorrectly- I investigated other options to change my name. I found out enrolling the deed pill wasn't necessary and didn't really add an value. I then found Deed Poll Office online, filled in the forms and in 5 days (even over christmas) I received my deed poll documents. The service is fantastic! I wish I'd done it sooner!
