Bought a travel car seat.
Email numerous times never a reply.
Based out of Hong Kong even though shipping us from BC canada.
Waited over a month. Was defective and missed clips.
Caution-its a scam. Cannot contact anyone there and because out of Hong Kong Cannot file with better business bureau. Site is very misleading.

I placed an order with this company because their website stated that delivery would take place within 3–4 working days. Had I known the item was not actually in stock, I would not have ordered it.

Advertising a 3–4 working day delivery timeframe when the product cannot be dispatched within that period is misleading and, in my view, an unfair business practice. Unfortunately, despite multiple communications, I have not been provided with any estimated delivery date since 24th June.

To make matters worse, the tracking information has not shown any updates since 24 June, leaving me with no indication of where the order is or when it might arrive (September???).

Customers deserve accurate information about stock availability and realistic delivery expectations before making a purchase.

I order an air conditioning unit and it hasn't been shipped for more than 15 days!
The customer service does not reply even after sending endless emails and messages... There is no Contact number for them to call upon! Complete scam! Do Not order

When I saw the DecorsDeluxe ad for a 128TB Portable SSD for under £30 I knew it was way too good to be true. But it kept coming up on my FB feed and I was fascinated by such an outrageously tempting claim. So I did a few searches, including looking on Trust Pilot, and found some okay feedback. So 'Sod it!' I thought, let's give it a go.'
Big mistake... It's a piece of rubbish!
When opening it, the 'SSD Info' on my Mac says it has the claimed capacity, but it won't even let me download a 150GB file. After 8 hours of trying, three different attempts have resulted in the same error code. So I'm putting this one down to experience. My dear old Dad used to say "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Well once again he was right.
I urge you to ignore the ads and avoid this Hong Kong based Chinese company like the plague. They are running a very tempting scam hidden behind smoke and mirrors. I have requested a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

as others have stated, ordered air con unit and they simply do not exist. Their website states next day delivery but they are actually in Hong Kong, they do not reply to emails, the money is taken out in Australian dollars and the phone number is Dutch that is not a real a number. i have reported to the bank for fraud in the hope of getting my money back.

Ordered the air conditioner like previous review we realised one minute later it was coming from Hong Kong not mentioned before payment wrote to cancel within five minutes like previous review it was “too late” already processed now almost two weeks later no shipment no chance of shipment money taken and no refund nor response except for AI nonsense AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS

Great so far, would have preferred not to go through the several pop ups trying to sell something else whilst getting to the payment part.

I ordered a portable AC unit from DecorsDeluxe on 22 June. The order status changed to “Processing” on 23 June, and since then I have received no update, no delivery information, and no proper communication.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for the item and have been left with no clear answer about where my order is or when it will be delivered.

They are SCAM. I have now requested a refund, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from DecorsDeluxe.

I placed an order with this company based on the delivery times advertised on their website. Unfortunately, those times were not met.

Despite several follow-up emails, I was never given a dispatch date or an estimated delivery date. The tracking information never progressed beyond the initial stage, and I was left with no clear indication of when, or if, my order would be shipped.

Communication was slow and did not resolve the issue. I have now had to open a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this website.

Don't reply to any message, always an excuse as to no delivery, some of the items advertised are £1000 cheaper than other websites for example 128TB hard drive for £40

During the heatwave I was desperately trying to find some cooling machines and managed to get the ones I needed on Decors deluxe. Everything made you assume it was next day delivery. ‘Shipped within 24 hours’. Only after placing the order did I discover that it was coming from Hong Kong. I made contact immediately to cancel the order, a day later they emailed me to say the order had already been processed. I didn’t even wait 5 mins to reach out after the order confirmation arrived. A week later and still nothing and finally I got a mail from them saying sorry it has been processed. Items still not here either. Do not use this website!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Ordered air conditioning and received cheap air cooler. Support email address does not exist; only the info email address replies. Very slow in answering and no resolution after 3 weeks of trying.
They do not offer the refund that was stated in their 30-day return policy.
Their policy originally stated that there were no return costs for incorrect product returns, but after asking for the prepaid return labels, their policy online suddenly changed and that sentence is gone.
Do not order from them, positive reviews are fake or from incentives like discount while ordering, so the customers have not even received products yet.

Easy website

I really like the discount pour July first. I had a good experience because it was so easy to place the order.

This site is the worst! I received 2 lights. 1 was broken. I have emailed them multiple times, tried calling, and received no response despite paying for shipping cover. I now just reordered the light and their system has accidentally charged me twice and again I have emailed with no response. I’m going to have to dispute this through my bank or the ACCC. I would avoid this site at all costs! Terrible experience!

The website was very easy to use and check by out was a breeze.

Terrible service, been over a week now since I made an order and it’s still not left their warehouse. Not transparent with their location in Hong Kong and their estimated delivery times. I have tried to contact them several times regarding cancellation and refund of the order but I get a “we’re working hard to send out your order email” in response.
