FAULTY PRODUCT, NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY

I bought the 128TB portable SSD. Decorsdeluxe sold me a defective product. I raised the issue with the company, but response. They are selling defective/faulty products. HOPELESS SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Incorrect product, no response for return request

Ordered Air conditioner unit and received air cooler. Requested a return, everyday emails etc but no response. Number is not going through for me as well. I don’t think I would get the money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM, AND NOW I'VE SEEN THAT THEY MADE ANOTHER SITE WITH A DIFFERENT NAME (loppist.com) BUT WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE SITE YOU NOTICE THAT IT HAS THE SAME DESIGN AS THIS DECORDELUXE ONE, BE CAREFUL. I ALREADY ASKED MY CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE.

Never buy nothing from here

Never buy nothing from here, i try to get back my 250£ from them, but no answering.... they sent a water working fan, instead of mobile AC,my family has serious asthma, the machine what they sent is very bad for health, they can get asthma attack, they NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU WANT, U have to wait almost a month and actually they steal your money.... very very NOT satisfied!!!!

Ordered air conditioners, received cheap water coolers



So I paid over £400 for what is essentially £80 worth of desk fans with a water tank. The product photos in the listing and confirmation email show a completely different machine to what turned up.

This is not a quality complaint, it’s a bait and switch. The goods received are a fundamentally different product to what was advertised. I’ve raised a PayPal dispute for a full refund and would urge anyone thinking of buying from this company to steer well clear. If you’ve already been caught out, check the label on the back of your unit and open a dispute.

One star because zero isn’t an option.

I note their replay and can tell you’ve I’ve emailed them multiple times in last week with no response. I won’t hold my breath.

Scam

Scam! Please avoid at all costs. I bought an air con unit which wasn’t an air con unit, only a fan cooler. From
Reading other reviews the same has happened to others. They won’t respond to my emails. Please please avoid

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience with Deluxe Decor.

I ordered a 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner with the window hose kit and paid £242 for the product. After waiting 10 days for delivery, I received an air cooler instead, which is completely different from what I ordered.

An air cooler is a much cheaper product that can be bought in the UK for around £50–£70, so receiving this after paying for a proper air conditioning unit is extremely disappointing.

I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but I have still received no response, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

I expected to receive the product I paid for and better customer service when a mistake was made. I hope Deluxe Decor takes this matter seriously and contacts me to resolve it.

Scammers!!!

So same as a lot of you..I ordered the 12000 btu air conditioning unit with a hose…emailed twice asking how long was going to be but no reply..came Monday finally but it is just a small air cooling unit that is made of the cheapest thin plastic!! And surprise surprise no hose!! E mailed twice to complain but no reply!! I want my money back?? How do we go about getting a refund! I had 10% off so it came to £219…originally about £400 apparently!!

SCAMMERS!!

Do not order with this company

Do not order with this company. They are a scam. They market like they are a British company but they are actually based in Hong Kong. It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive (air conditioner) and they sent me a completely different, inferior product that isn’t even an air conditioner. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I feel completely scammed.

Scam

Scam. I tried to buy an air conditioner unit and it never arrived, the tracking info never updated and they didn’t respond to any emails. I’ve now had to go through my bank and cancel my card. Definitely ignore the fake 5 star reviews and avoid this company.

SCAM! Never delivered! No reply!

I ordered 12000 btu airconditioner on 22 June and haven't received it yet. Still waiting and it has been 13 business days. I am thinking this is a scam since I have emailed 2 times but haven't received any response. Tracking number is also not updating. Everything says its a scam. DO NOT BUY!! After I placed the order I was asked to complete a trust pilot review for a £5 discount and I did so. I gave a 4 star review at that time but I never got the £5 discount and never received my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Now I will have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I received was materially different from what was advertised

I ordered what was advertised as a “Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier,” but what arrived was an air cooler, which is a completely different type of product.

A portable air conditioner uses compressor/refrigerant-based cooling and usually vents hot air outside. An air cooler simply blows air over water or ice and does not provide the same cooling or dehumidifying performance. Advertising an air cooler as a 12000 BTU portable air conditioner is, in my opinion, extremely misleading.

I consider the goods to be not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I would strongly advise other customers to check exactly what they are buying and keep screenshots of the listing before ordering.

Very disappointed and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Edit:- I’ve contacted them 4 times - twice to cancel before shipment and twice to return goods when finally received. They send fake responses when you provide them with a bad review. SCAM!
