I had a terrible experience with them that went on for months. I sent a faulty George kovacs light. They are quite expensive. After much back and forth they would not send me another piece of glass unless I wanted to pay to have the entire lighting structure taken down and sent back to them first instead of sending the glass piece which screws on. They told me to pay for the item again to get another, which I ended up doing. The 2nd one came completely shattered. So I had the one installed with a faulty glass piece and another completely shattered one and had paid twice. I sent it back and they never refunded me. Luckily I had it all documented and had to go through a lengthy process all the way to credit card appeals bc they tried to only give half the story before I won my disputes. I would never work with them again ever. Dishonest.

My order was was placed 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is useless. I cannot ever recommend them

I ordered a crystal chandelier from this company that arrived damaged. I sent it back and asked for a replacement item. I was told by the rep that the damaged item needed to be sent to the manufacturer. After the last time (attempt 2) with getting the light, I realized I received the same exact item each and every time. Upon receiving the second box, it actually had my old shipping label still on it. This company is also calling themselves Designer Lighting and Fan and when you click on the link from Google search engine, the link sends you to selectionlighting.com.
