Decorema are professional scammers

Decorema are professional scammers. They sent us a broken oven and responded to our complaint with generic platitudes. When we asked them to take the oven back they completely ghosted us. We will now take legal action as they failed to cancel the transaction
before the deadline. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Scam

Another unhappy customer. Order 7671 was ordered on 14 March and has still not arrived. I've asked for a refund or another item with express delivery. Website down and a string of general emails. Really very poor.

"Worth The Money"

I bought this scooter to commute from home to job and back. The delivery was very quick and the package came with no problem. I have being using this scooter over a month now and I am satisfied. The scooter performs perfeckly accurate with the description of the Seller. I highly recommend the seller. ❤❤❤❤❤

That is very bad

That is very bad. I orderd some thing in 12/3 and now it is 29/3, and no thing came untill now. You wrote it needs 2-4 days delivery. And you never answer my emails. Thats the worst site I dealt with.😡😡

I ordered a table almost 6 weeks ago and it hasn't arrive. I sent an email a week after it was supposed to arrive, and they said it was in stock and they were sending it now. However, I've gotten no update, I've emailed them multiple times asking what is happening, and eventually saying I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund and still no response.

I am starting to think that the webpage is a scam. No reply to emails and now I get security warnings by chrome before moving on to the website (Attackers might be trying to steal your information from decorema.se (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

Pathetic

Pathetic. On 10th march I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday on 23rd March. Delivery was quoted as 2-4 days with PostNord. Now it's the 25th March and nothing. Emails get an automated response saying that if your order is big enough to go on a pallet it may be delayed! It's a sushi service ffs! Tried phoning but no response and no chance to leave a message because their mailbox is full, and now the web site is down. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible customer service

I ordered my product on January 5th 2021 and was promised 3-5 day DHL express shipping. I began writing emails after 2 weeks and have continued to do so with no response at all. I requested my money back multiple times and was not even dignified with a response.
Today (March 24th) I received a knock on my door and UPS delivered the package!?!?!?
I have already ordered and received the product from another source and would like to return this one... but now the website is down.
This is unbelievable. Unacceptable!!

Didn't receive order

I placed my order on the 12th of February and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed customer service twice but received no replies. The second automatic email even said that they have now caught up with their February orders, which clearly is not the case.

The item I had ordered (contact grill) works well, and I am happy with it. However, while shipment time was calculated with a couple of days only, it took perhaps 2 weeks or longer until it arrived. My email to customer service didn’t get answered so all I could do was to wait. I understand it is currently difficult due to Covid, but a short response to my email reassuring me that you have it under control would’ve been great.

Good

I had delivery issues with my order and it took longer time for the customer service to respond. The customer service excused for the delayed response politely and compensated the best they can offer from their side. It was really nice of them for the service at the end.
