I ordered a pallet of Glacial Boulders via their website. I stated I was in no hurry, but they still arrived in less than a week. The price easily beat local garden centres, even with delivery. The rocks were exactly as described and I'm sure I received more than the max 80 the website suggested so some of my neighbours benefitted too. Even the delivery chap was good.

ordered rockery stones , was then told they couldn't deliver , said they wont deliver as my house is unsuitable for a lorry - which it is !! , over a week later they still havent refunded my payment , ...my card payment was instant when i ordered , why do i still have to wait over a week for a refund , i would stay well clear of this business

I ordered bulk bag of Kelkay Cornish silver gravel 12-16mm. What got delivered was 20-40mm gravel. This was delivered at 7pm on a Friday with no tracking and left on pallet outside my house. I had little choice but just to move it through my house and use it.

Upon contacting the team they didn’t respond for a number of days and despite clear photographic evidence told me it was the size I ordered. Given I have 12-16mm gravel elsewhere I can quite clearly compare that it’s not the same. Would not recommend very annoyed.

First time I have used this company and the experience was great. Ordered a consignment of rockery rocks and they were delivered quite promptly and I have to say that the amount there was of them, I had paid nearly the same price for half the amount from another company before. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor quality water features.
My £500 water feature was faulty within the first few weeks. The top section was replaced. Only 5 years later and not only is it peeling again but it’s cracking all over! Contacted supplier again and told tuff you’re out of your 12 month warranty.
Unless you want to throw away hundreds of pounds every few years I’d buy a different brand.

So the supplier has replied with “wintering” guides. It first failed within weeks of summer use. The bottom and middle tier are fine, yet these would be more prone to frost or ice damage if not protected over winter! Mine has been covered up over the winters but the top tiers seem to have had manufacturing problems.

So like I said. Don’t risk your hard earned money and buy another brand.

This supplier doesn’t even understand consumer law and that you have a six year statute of limitations within to bring a claim. Poor supplier. Stay away!

Excellent service. I ordered online and chose delivery in two days and they did not disappoint. Promptly delivered, even put it straight into my garage, I am lucky I have a bricked driveway, ease of access for the driver. Incredibly polite. Absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

This company cannot do enough when ordering, best service ever.....I thought.
HOWEVER. when I emailed to register a complaint their response basically said TOUGH!!!. Nothing to do with us, it's the quarry's fault. They take your money and run. Please think twice about using these people.

I ordered a bulk bag of Scottish Pebbles 20 to 30mm which were available for delivery at a competitive price. The ordering system was quick and useful with regard to booking a delivery slot and James was diligent and thorough in providing good responses to a couple of queries Order arrived on time and as described. Very happy.

Company failed to deliver 700kg on stones to my property and instead left in the middle of the road nearby.

Poor response from customer services.

Would definitely avoid next time.

I would advise anyone thinking about dealing with this company not too. Poor quality stones and the return charge for the poor-quality product of stones is extortionate. Delivery company are rude and unhelpful as well.
We were unhappy with the quality of the stones as advised but our experienced landscapers and the company said that we had contaminated the stones by looking deeper into the bags. The stones just disintegrated when feeling them and the company advised us that when the stones are put onto the ground the grit would soak away. The stones have turned to mush deeper inside the bag.
Then the return charge of £234.38 for the companies' error and quality of stones is far too excessive.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

UPDATE: The company have now refunded us the original payment and agreed the stones were poor quality.
However, the customer service of the company and courier was unsatisfactory.

So happy we found this company. Our landscape gardener left us with membrane laid on our front garden, but he had the wrong stones & was going to charge an extortionate price to change them. A quick online search found this company who delivered exactly what we needed within 2 days. We got a call before they arrived & delivery was quick & easy. Customer service was also fabulous (I had to call & upgrade the shipping as I’d selected the wrong option.) Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Placed an order for bulk bag of 30mm to 50mm scottish cobbles. The order arrived when they stated but upon looking at he cobbles you could see that most were far bigger the the ordered size. I contacted the company to arrange a collection as they wer'nt suitable for our needs,to be told they would charge me £128.33 for the return fee. That is an EXTORTIONATE fee considering the items was not what we ordered. We had no choice but to agree this fee as they were blocking our garage and we couldnt move the bulk bag. We feel they have you over a barrel as they know ordinary people cannot move a 875kg bag of cobbles. Is this how this company Decorative Gardens make their money. We are fuming to say the least. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you want to loose a lot of money

I couldn't fault the team at Decorative Gardens who went above and beyond to meet my exacting delivery demands. Their communication was excellent and they kept me posted on progress on the day. The delivery driver was also most helpful. This is the second time in 12 months that I've ordered a bulk delivery of honeystone chippings and both times the team at Decorative Gardens were excellent so I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you.

There is far too much too comment on with this company, but to summarize, rockery stones ordered, 4 delivery dates missed with no communication at all. Insistent and rude delivery driver when they wanted to deliver on a day that I had not arranged. Please just avoid this company!!!!!

Best online price for my order of Premium Quartzite Pea Gravel 10mm. Staff were very helpful with my initial queries about the product and pointed out delivery constraints due to my shingle drive being unsuitable for a pump pallet truck. Delivery was on the day requested and the product as described. Many thanks.

We were given an agreed date for delivery of a 850kg bag of pebbles. We then received an email saying the delivery had been held up and would come the next day, a Saturday. When the truck arrived the driver said to my partner that we would need to “help shovel the pebbles” as the tail gate lift could only take 500kg and we would need to load the pebbles into two separate bags. I pointed out it was supposed to be a curb side crane delivery and asked why it hadn’t come on a truck which could handle the weight he shrugged and insisted I help him. I tried to phone the seller but their phone lines were not manned on a Saturday, and the driver was pushy and insistent, so I had no choice but to help. We then had to drag the two bags of pebbles off the truck by hand. I have a bad back and this caused an injury which then meant I was laid up in bed in agony for the rest of the weekend. When I phoned the company on Monday they were impatient and unhelpful and told me they were “very busy” and I would need to put my message in an email. I did and didn’t hear anything back. At the end of the week I called to follow up and was again told by an inpatient phone operator that they were very busy and I would need to wait for a manager to reply. Eventually I got an email saying they would look into it but nothing else happened. This was an incredibly painful and stressful experience. I do not recommend.

Cannot fault this company. Called to confirm order, expedited the delivery and despite access being tight, the delivery driver reversed best part of 300yds so that the materials were best placed for my needs. Many thanks
