Goods did not arrive, emails were unanswered. So I phoned and they said some shipments had been lost by Royal Mail, and they were waiting to see which orders were affected. I was by promised my order would be sent out the next day and a new email would contain a new tracking number but this didn’t happen and I wrote a rotten one star review. The goods arrived several days later and I am pleased with the quality and the price so I have updated the review. If I could offer this company any advice it would be to be more proactive in communicating with customers, with more updates.

I haven't even received my handles. Been poor and I can't find a way to check as my tracking id just fails

this set for sliding doors in wardrobes is very good quality. Importantly, all the weight of the door is on the lower rollers which are very easy to adjust. I recommend this product.

Ordered a load of antique copper kitchen cupboard handles to do a temporary makeover on our kitchen while we save for a total refit. They’re really nice looking handles and decent quality. Will totally transform and update our tired 80s kitchen for less than £100 for 24 handles (plus some paint for the units!). Great choice on website, great price and good quality. Fast delivery too. All individually packed with all the screws needed. Thanks, would buy from here again for sure :)

Item never arrived. Apparently their currier is claiming my order was delivered, but the signature is a fake. When I called them to resolve it, they promised me it will be delivered afterwards, they gave me a date and time, but no-one showed up. Very disappointed, now they are asking me to make a complaint in e-bay so they refund me as Decor and Decor were unwilling to refund me. So I feel robed and lied.

There was a specific criteria for the handles i wanted for our kitchen cabinets, and the one i found on here ticked all of the boxes. They do look good and i am generally happy with them but the only slight negative thing i would say about them is that they are quite light, so I'm just hoping that they will last. Customer service seemed good during the few times i called.
