Amazing AI but sadly the customer service has been a disappointment
this isnt a complaint about the ai but the service and support. I will give the AI 5 out of five, service one. First I will tell you about the service because its the thing i am most upset about then the AI capabilities which are unique to Decohere.. They have somehow charged me twice for a membership, I have sent nine emails over the last seven days an I have not gotten one reply. I have the explorer plan and they have charged me for a creator plan which is three times more. I would like to resolve this situation, either by them upgrading me to the creator plan or refunding my money, Now the AI I love the ai. When it says the fastest it means it, you literally get thousands of generated images in one go and can flick through them like tik tok. This is a major plus because you never know what AI will give you. But how do i use it for video generation. The first step I use Decohere to find the right the right image and use those images in kling to make my video. Because if you just use kling alone your shooting in the dark and it will take ages. I wanted to resolve the problem through support but it hasnt been resolved. I am hoping that trust pilot can help out in that.
