They manipulate clients just to sell…

They manipulate clients just to sell their products. I purchased a $2000 ISP package, but the TCP limit is still capped at 1000. Even the $4 ISP package has the same 1000 TCP limit. On top of that, their sales team misled us by keeping the explanation vague—making it seem like the limit was 1000 TCP per IP. Because of this confusion, we ended up buying the package, only to realize later that it wasn’t clarified properly. When we raised the issue, they ignored it and kept pushing to sell the product.

While the "/IP" phrasing could have been clearer, we encourage all clients to review our help documentation and pricing page where this limitation is explicitly mentioned for all packages. Moreover, we offered a trial period to test the service and confirm its suitability before proceeding with a purchase; however, you've decided to decline this option.

Regarding the refund request, our policy clearly states that enterprise plans and usage exceeding 1GB are non-refundable. Buggy platform, poor support

I've a scrapping package and at my renewal date, it is broken. I've built a business on this service and now they get paid, but I'm getting a lot of tickets because their broken system. When I told them that to support, they say I've created a ticket and it will be "maybe" fixed in 1-2 days. Not acceptable!

This platform is extremely rogue

This platform is extremely rogue. Before you make a purchase, they don’t disclose anything. Once you pay and want to start using it, they suddenly require you to provide personal information and facial recognition. After you pass that, you still have to wait two business days for the review to be completed. This means you can’t use the service for two business days, yet your purchased plan is already being charged during that time. In other words, the platform tricks me out of two days of fees. And after the two days, if your review is rejected, they don’t even give a clear reason for the rejection—they just ask you to resubmit your personal information and facial recognition again. The behavior of this platform is no different from that of a scammer.

Best residential proxy with easiest setup

After unsuccessfully testing several other residential proxies, Decodo was the only one that actually worked. It was also the easiest to use and works out of the box, no coding skills required. Customer service was also quick to answer my question. Absolutely recommended especially for newcomers!

Exceptional Service and High-Quality IPs - A Truly Professional Experience!

I recently subscribed to Decodo's Static ISP Proxies and I must say, the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.
The quality of the IPs is top-notch. They are clean, stable, and from genuine residential ISPs, which is exactly what I needed for my professional use case. Their official checker tool (ip.decodo.com) is also a fantastic feature that provides accurate and trustworthy information.
What truly sets Decodo apart, however, is their customer support. I had a rather complex issue with my initial IP allocation, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica. Hands down the top 1 proxy provider

10/10 The DC proxies are fast and almost never break. And when an issue happened you are always informed if you subscribed to the status updates API.
