First of All i came in to your notice after i post review on Trustpilot I mean you don't have panel to manage orders if i have done the payment you would have to wait until client open ticket even though i tried to contact your live support & they won't reply to me But suddenly after posting review i got reply from you guys on live chat WOW. Secondly you said i need to open support ticket to get the decoding done. i understand that the file is encrypted with dynamic key & needs manual modification. But you should tell user the amount before payment. Any way i'm not dragging that further i believe this is the review you guys deserve & it's ok if you don't send me the refund i would not request it further.
