Had previously bought but guests had broken 1 and I wanted to replace 1 and have a spare. I couldn't find my previous order to see what colour I had previously bought. Emailed Deck supermarket. They found my previous order, sent me an invoice and dispatched within 24hours. Also emailed me to say had fully charged them before packing so all good to go. Fantastic service.

The skirting was cut down to reduce delivery costs but was still possible house it all. It was delivered to my daughter within a couple of days of placing the order.

Sarah who dealt with my queries was very helpful and pleasant talked me through everything then ordered it for me. She told me approx when it would be ready for delivery which was right. She ordered the delivery for a time that suited me then it was delivered on time. It came on a pallet which we managed to get down from the truck (otherwise it would have been to handball). The person that erected it was pleased at how everything was marked up with step by step instructions and the railings etc just clicked into place. He has never done a decking before.
The only downside was the step and handrail had very little if any instructions which was a bit annoying but he managed. Seems to be good quality material and sturdy.
