Ships from China ?

Luckily I’ve only spend £20 with this website, it looks like I’m having the same experience as a lot of the other reviewers, weeks later and no sign of my order other than “a tracker” which they won’t refund my order whilst it’s in transit. 3 weeks in ordered from a website that calls its self carbra uk but ships from china.

TOTAL SCAM!! BEWARE!

They used pictures from a fully different brand and showed them as their own. They sen us a completely different kind of product that describes on the website with the photos. Offered a 30% refund. I dont know whats that bs about. Told that I could send them back, but would have to pay for the shipping for myself that wouldve been 45€. A total scam. Dont ever get anything from these little sh*ts.

Terrible customer service handled by artificial intelligence, which is no help at all.

Nightmare of a company DECARBA

Nightmare of a company. Foolishly ordered from DecarbaUK who I then discovered are based in China. Ordered what can only be described as knock off trackpants for my son -£37.50. They arrived weeks later and the quality was awful. I sent the company the pictures of just how awful the stitching was. They wanted me to return them at my own expense (£20) in order to receive a full refund. Not worth it really is it for £17 which they will no doubt deduct more from anyway. Very pleasant on the long email exchange we had but initially offered a 5% refund!!!! I would be embarrassed to put these in a clothes bin.

Scam

Out of carelessness, I ordered approximately £100 worth of products from this store: a sweater, a long-sleeve shirt, a T-shirt, and jeans. And everything turned out to be absolute junk. The material used for these clothes isn’t even good enough for mopping the floor—it feels like it would dissolve your parquet.

The T-shirt, supposedly made of 100% natural cotton, reflects light better than any high-visibility safety vest. The sweater doesn’t look as awful as the T-shirt, but the fabric is still COMPLETELY different (read: cheap).

Later, I noticed that none of the items had any tags. Oh, that explains it. These guys just buy trash from China and resell it at insane markups. I sincerely hope they shut down soon.

I would give this business negative 5 stars if I could. This is a complete scam.

The cap I purchased was a cheap replica, nothing like what was described on the website. When I requested a return, they gave me an address in China, forcing me to pay nearly $20 in postage just to send it back.

After two months of constant follow-ups, they finally confirmed receipt of the return and issued a refund. But to my shock, they deducted 14 Euros in tax from my original $43.20 purchase, per their so-called return policy.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolute shambles.

I ordered a pair of jeans of Decarba in a size medium. For a start. they arrived a week late. Then I found out it was a complete SCAM. The jeans didn’t share the same design as I had ordered let alone they also didn’t fit me at all, even tho I followed the size guide on the website. Even if I wanted to wear them I couldn’t has the button to do the trousers up hadn’t been punched.

I went to return the jeans, then realising the address for refund was some random Chinese warehouse not even addressed to the company “Decarba”. Shipping costs would’ve cost me £20+ leaving me to loose even more money.

They are an absolute nightmare of a company, do not fall for the good reviews unless you want to be completely scammed.

Please do not pay attention to the fake 5-star reviews which have obviously been put together by fake accounts or AI

I ordered from 'Decarba UK'. Except it isn't in the UK. When I tried to make a return I realised shipping would be overseas and I'd need to pay £25, because it was shipped from China. This was not clear at all on the website.

My return was then stuck in Chinese customs and eventually sent back to the UK because Decarba didn't pay the additional duty fee. They then said that they couldn't offer me a full refund because they didn't receive the order (even though it was their fault)

Please please please don't spend your money here unless you are willing to lose it. It looks trendy online but the quality is poor and returns are practically impossible.

I orderd my son some clothes for Christmas in October. Paid an extortionate amount in postage. It arrived in January. One of the items wasn’t suitable even though they were both late. Paid £20 to return it but worth that as the item was £70 so I figured at least I would get £50 back and I am still waiting i. February for my refund. I’ve sent pics of the parcel with the postage label on, I’ve sent pics of the couriour return slip, I’ve sent pics of the tracking online through the courier and they just keep continuing to fob me off

Decarba is a complete scam

Decarba is a complete scam. They buy clothes from Temu and resell them at twice the price, without any concern for the quality of the products they sell. The jacket I ordered arrived with a completely misaligned logo, and the fabric quality was awful.

The worst part, however, was their customer service. Even though they always reply within exactly 11 minutes, it’s only because they use AI-generated responses, offering generic replies with no real intention of solving customer issues.

On top of that, I paid €3.95 for shipping insurance, and their refund policy clearly states that return shipping costs are refunded in case of product issues. However, they now refuse to refund the €22.55 I spent on returning the defective item and even deducted an additional €10 for a so-called “customs fee”, which was never mentioned before.

I only got my refund after two months and after A LOT of persistence. The package has been stuck at customs for weeks, and they still haven’t bothered to retrieve it.

Summary: Poor-quality products, robotic customer service, and a misleading refund policy. Do NOT buy from Decarba!

Dont buy

Dont buy. What you see online isnt what you will recieve. Cheap clothes, bad stitching, lying, cheating, scammers. Say to send it back and pay £19 for postage. I don't think so. I will get my money back one way or the other! Emails after emails saying the same boring thing. You lot know what you're doing. Hopefully they'll get shut down if I have anything to do with it!

DROP COMPANY fake address location

According to their site, the company implies it is located in the NL and the site is .de meaning Germany. Now the items are sent from China and as usual for this business is just a DROP business where you order and pay someon in the NL and then China seller sends item to the address indicated and guess what? you cant even refuse the package because it will read "shippüer only, not seller" meaning you got it and that is that. Also even if it takes a long time to recieve you cant open a case anywhere because a few minutes after you place they will crerate a tracking number that will npot change statutus of "label created" for as long the item in on the boat to be handed to the local logistics company. You can take a chance but chances are that you will get some cheap item and YOU are stuck with it, even if you were to pa the 45 they ask for return fees, you will never get the rest...

Chinese Company expensive returns

The item arrives after some time. It is too small so you want to return it ....at this point you realise it is not a UK company. The refund process is not easy and the goods have to be sent to China at your own cost which is high. They advise you to put a lower value on the item for customs which is illegal and you will then not be covered by insurance. Only worth buying from this company if you know you are going to keep the item otherwise it is a costly exercise and looking at the names of the GB people on the reviews I would guess most of them are fake in my opinion.

Given the impression that it is a UK or…

Given the impression that it is a UK or EU based company. Items took under 4 weeks to arrive. Poor sizes. Refunds are impossible as you have to post them to China which is expense and there is no guarantee of delivery. Without delivery, you do not get a refund so extra cost. Stay clear! I will always make sure I check going forward if I am buying from a new site.
